I had tried to call the store number, but this HEB doesn't really answer the phone, or when they do, they transfer you to another nonresponsive number. Giving them a "good" instead of something lower, as the helpful employees are always greatly appreciated. Also: had occasion to stop at the seafood/fishmonger department. I would like to mention that the seafood employees have always been unfailingly polite and friendly, every time I've picked up items there.

A few months ago, I was struck by a large cart she was pushing, and there was no apology or follow-up discipline that I was made aware of. Last week, she bumped into me while I was walking and then claimed I had hit her. I reported both incidents to management. The first time I was told it would be handled, but nothing changed. The second time I spoke with another manager and again explained that this was a repeated issue. I was told it would be taken care of. I also received a call from upper management assuring me the matter was being taken seriously and that it would be handled properly, but it was not resolved. Last night, I saw the same employee at checkout. She smirked at me as if nothing had happened and appeared to be working at the front of the store in a lead role. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and follow-through. While I generally enjoy shopping at H-E-B and most employees are great, based on this experience I will be spending my money at Walmart, where I have never had issues with employees.

Providing exceptional customer service is what he was providing, not just pointing me and going back to wandering around, as most of them do. While bon bon means "chocolate covered candy", I didn't see any candy browsing through. That'd be nice if they sold some though. There are specialty products imported from various Asian countries. So if you love dining at those kind of restaurants, you may find your favorite ingredients or SAUCE here. I love sauce in my food. Did you know butter can be made from sesame? Well ther is such a thing! Like peanut and almond butter, "open sesame!" I know that quote isn't really relevant, but who's making a big deal about it?
