After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

I hadn't done it before, so I asked if I could hang out, watch and learn so I at least know what's going on inside there. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Legit the kindest people you could ask for, thorough and know their stuff. I ask questions, they can answer them and explain what they're looking at and looking for. There's a reason their reviews are great, this is who you want to take care of your vehicles.

I am very disappointed because when Alberto and I spoke earlier in the year I advised him of the purchase I would be making and the repair it needed and was assured that his mechanics would do a great job as I was confident in their integrity and their work ethic. Noone has returned any of my calls the mechanic stopped answering refusing to return my vehicle and I've been disrespected and disregarded now I am forced to take legal action against you. I left a review on their google business page a month ago someone hearted the message but never responded as the owner often replies to reviews left. The business number is still the same goes to vm and has been since 12/2025. We had an extensive open discussion via phone, during and after which I was extremely impressed and somewhat abashed about my initial review. I don't know when I have ever had such a satisfactory and encouraging discussion with someone who not only clearly knew about RV service issues but also was customer service forward, personable and genuinely pleasant and confidence-inspiring to talk to. As a result, after long searching and several very unsatisfactory and expensive experiences with other RV shops, I will be bringing my rig around to try and address some ongoing issues. If my phone discussion and Maury's personal integrity are any indication, I expect to have FINALLY found an excellent and reliable place to service my Roadtrek. I will post another review afterwards.
