I called Cee Dee at 10 am on the coldest day of the year. My a/c plus heater quit working. By 1:45 Thomas was here and found out the heater wires got fried. He thought he was not able to fix it but went to his truck to check his inventory. Bingo had what he needed plus even had to change the amp in the electrical panel. These installed my air conditioner in 2021. Had it serviced by another company in 2022 and they said it was a " great installation ". In our traditional house with flat roof. Just had ceedee come to service it in 2023 and they said all was good. Cleaned coils and drain etc. and said there was some wear but all good. He said no need to change filter just yet. Which would have been easy money if he wanted to increase the cost. Two hours and $80 is great value in my book. In 2017 we called them to fix our A/C unit. Initially they said they could not repair the leak so they would have to install a new condenser. Then they said that with so many complaints they would replace the unit. When they did, their people told us that we had a 12 year warranty. Yesterday we called them for a leak and we were told we had a 10 year warranty. Today they show up and tell us we have no warranty, and they want thousands to repair a leak in unit that THEY installed 6 years ago. These people are absolute thieves. They don't honor what their OWN employees tell their customers, and I highly recommend that no one calls them. Believe me you will regret it. read more

I have worked with many AC Companies in the West Palm Beach area and none of them were ever able to make my AC cold. I was on the precipice of putting in window units because I could not stand the heat anymore until I called this company. They were clear in what needs to be done to correct my problems and then fixed the issues. The service team led by Ben were smart, polite, patient (I am not an easy client when it comes to my AC), and did a great job. So I was referred to these guys by a Marine Vet friend of mine after he finished his crayons. I called on New Years eve as my house was warm, tech Travis came out spent a lot of time investigating and educating then resolved my issue, 5 months later my house is worse on mother's day I called and Brian came to diagnose with not as happy news we needed a new compressor. Tom the owner educated my wife and I on options, pros and cons and we had them update the entire outside unit. Brian had the job assigned and was more than professional and a dog lover to boot. This week the A/C at my office was acting up and now they have that business also. Sherry on the phones and Tamacina holding down the back office. Give em a call if you want great service. This was my first time using Cee Dee Air. A human answers the phone and they set up your appointment. The staff is very polite and efficient. The service man calls to confirm he's on the way. Then the service man named Travis really shows up, and he knows his craft. Travis was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Travis spoke highly of the company that employees him (Which is an asset). Travis was honest and did not try to sell me a new unit, or any upgrades. Tom Schenck Owner Tom, Here's the truth, your guy never checked the filter before he added the 2 lbs of Freon which wasn't that much since it has12lb capacity. Checking the filter on maintenance call is a NO BRAINER. When your guy pull the panel, my son noticed that the coil line was iced up. We did have 50% coiling before he showed. That's most likely more a filter issue rather than it was a lack of Freon. Your guy created MORE harm than he good. .You want to know how reputable a Company is, find the weakest link in the chain.Tom the owner hires incompetent service people but the buck stops with you tom, your the weakest link. Your personnel represent you. The old filter was pulled and found to be totally clogged and that's what caused the coil line freeze up. After he added 2lbs of Freon the coil exploded and released all the Freon which was the reason there was zero coiling after he left. I called you to send the guy back. You refused and never responded back to me,blaming it on the defective coil. Then you called and told me you had " GOOD NEWS" remember, or maybe you don't how convenient. There's no Coleman Dealers within a 100 miles of Palm Beach Gardens so your the go to guy for Meadows development. But that's about to take another direction. I am going to contact every home owner in the meadows, the community manager and the Corporate office And let them know the experience I had with you and your Company. There are 19 homeowners in the Meadows waiting several weeks for replacement coils in 90+ degrees heat and humidity and maybe according to your office girl, may have to wait well into August. Peoples health are at stake. Every unit should be recalled and replace under warrantee A.S.A.P. whose worst you or Johnson Controls e.g. Coleman. There is already a class action against these Companies. But after your service guy failed to check the filter and then added Freon which in turn blew the coil, I wonder how many of the 19 were really defective. read more
