We have an older system so called All-Pro for a simple check up and for looking into a possible service plan. Tech arrived on time, was pleasant, helpful, let us know what our system needs and more importantly, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Price was definitely reasonable for what some companies charge! Looks like we actually do need our coils cleaned so that is scheduled for this week. Will update when applicable! read more

The absolute best experience with ac contractors from beinging to end! The office responded immediately sending a tech to diagnose the issue. Work was able to begin quickly and the crew was very knowledgeable, polite and worked extremely hard. They did a fantastic job replacing all the ducts and ac units. My AC was blowing only hot air. The temperature inside my house topped ninety degrees. It is an older system, so I expected to hear that I would need an expensive job done. Instead, it was a simple part replacement that cost me little. Mark was very nice on the phone and Alex, a real fixer, has excellent client service. All-Pro is a fabulous business. Couldn't be more pleased! My a/c unit is on the roof so I cannot actually see what service people are doing to the unit. That in itself is frustrating. My ia/c ssue was an occasionable leak into my house. I had service contracts with one company for 3 yrs. They did the minimum to say the least and in the past have caused one issue after another to manifest as I bought the necessary parts. No more with these complacent employees who don't do the right thing. All Pro took my request to rectify the leak. The technician had to basically clean the pan and flush the lines. He also gave the unit a quick going over. I am grateful, yes grateful not only for the competency but for the honesty.The company is straight forward knows their craft and products.
