Garry Gentry is an accomplished musician and has an impressive knowledge of pianos. From him I learned about the hand crafted Mason & Hamlin pianos that are made in the USA. I had the pleasure of playing a Mason & Hamlin grand piano at Gentry Music and Arts. The action is effortless, the bass and treble are well balanced and the sound resonates so beautifully. So, I placed an order for a 5' 8.5" Mason & Hamlin grand piano. Throughout the production of my piano, Garry kept me informed on its progress. He would send me pictures of the piano at various stages and ultimately when it was packaged and shipped. My mouth dropped when I played it for the first time. The absolutely gorgeous sound that comes out of this 5' 8.5" piano is impressive. I have owned a 7' 4" Bosendorfer, which is a beautiful piano, but I prefer my Mason & Hamlin. My Mason & Hamlin is effortless to play...the touch is like butter. The sound is incredibly beautiful and rich, each note is clear, and the bass and treble are beautifully balanced. The sound resonates as long as you want it to. I am so thankful to Garry Gentry for introducing me to Mason & Hamlin and my ultimate purchase.
