My cat was in severe distress. My regular Vet must have been off as I tried to contact him 2 days…read morein a row. Everywhere else referred me to this Vet. I really didn't want to go here and wished I didn't. When I brought her in, they checked her "vitals". They said her vitals were fine. There was no way this was checked. She needed immediate life-threatening help. So there she sat suffering for over 4 hours. I was in a room without her waiting on the doctor. Only to get kicked out of the room for a more important patient after 3 1/2 hours. I know my cat was just in agony. The girl said, I can refund your money. No compassion there, just a refund so you don't have to deal with a concerned pet owner and wasted 4 hours sitting there with her in pain. So, I said can she be euthanized? I didn't want to have to bring her home in the suffering condition she was in. It was too much for any animal to endure. I was completely shocked on how she was handled and the lack of concern. And I had to wait on the new shift doctor to make that call. And waited another half hour on him. One look at her and I'm sure he totally agreed she was suffering and agreed to have her euthanized. It almost seems that they just wanted to get more money and made light of her condition. One look at her and you know she wasn't going to come out of this healthy. I understand it was a little busy but others came in after me and got help before her and this was a serious case. I just couldn't believe they were willing leave this poor kitty to suffer and keep on suffering the 4 hours she was there and to expect me take her home to suffer longer. I never thought anyone could be so cruel! I'm not a fan of Veterinary clinics. They don't care and only after money! They pick and choose who they want to help. It's not based on severity! I felt awful on the last hours of her life was in severe pain! The place was very dirty. The room had a couch was ripped and reeked of urine. And the chairs had stains all over it. I couldn't sit down. The smell was unbearable. I sat on the counter or stayed standing. Unbelievable! DONT GO HERE!

Our young pup, began to experience seizures at 3 months of age. I initially took her to a traditional vet, but after unsuccessful attempts with medication, I decided to seek an alternative option. We met Dr. Rice on the Friday AFTER Thanksgiving. Time away from her family to help me with mine! Our little Ava spent over two hours being evaluated in a cozy office that felt more like home. Dr. Rice provided us with so much information - plus wrote it all down,in case I forgot! It maybe be a long journey for my sweet Ava, but we have HOPE and that is gift in and of itself. Told his outcome from surgery was rare. So I Strongly Encourage pet owners to speak with previous consumers who put their pet through the eye surgery and did NOT have a favorable outcome. Every team mbr is kind and caring. My dog still loves to socialize with every dog & human, but he walks extremely timidly. No brisk walk, no running,...my heart breaks for him because I was selfish & chose this treatment for him.

My rather shy collie went directly up to Dr. Ramsey as he entered the room, and stayed by his side while he discussed the growths on her eyelids with us. He simply petted and cooed to her as if she were his own dog. Dr Ramsey assured us that her eyelid growths were treatable, and although he COULD have frozen them off, making the visit much more costly one, he gave us medications, answered every question we had, and reassured us she would not lose her eyesight. I realize most vets go into this profession because they love animals, but this man is GIFTED with them. He is truly a dog- whisperer. His knowledge and kindness relieved our fears . They…read morefit our dog in at a great time, returned our calls immediately, answered SO many questions, and our dog was really calm around them. With the pandemic, our dog Juno has been pretty nervous of going places without us (despite being a licensed therapy dog), but she really enjoyed it here. She was cuddling up with Laurie and was really happy coming out of the the location. I felt really connected even though we could not go in and their expertise and ability to distill information to us via phone was incredible. More so, they worked efficiently and diligently with our vet to get Juno her medicine the same day. They sent all her files right away to our vet and us so we can maintain her medical records. And, they asked us to keep them updated on Juno's progress. I cannot sing enough high praises about them and while Juno devastatingly died suddenly at another hospital almost 2 weeks later, we know that if we need these services in the future, this is one less thing to worry about because we will be in expert hands.
