I've dealt with this situation over a dozen times With my French bulldog, it's allergy related and never have I NOT been prescribed pills to help them get better internally. The place was filthy. They put you in a room with no ventilation and it smells like dog. I took a photo of underneath the pad they have you sit on, the dog hair and cat hair has been there for months. I asked to see the veterinarian after she only prescribed one medication and I was told I was not Able to because she was seeing other patients. They demanded payment from me as they were running a test on my dog, not having the results of the test already prescribing the medication and demanding that I pay for it. An absolute horrible experience, I believe I will still have to take my dog to get more medicine as he is still not feeling well and I took him Friday night 1/09/2026

We met Dr. Rice on the Friday AFTER Thanksgiving. Time away from her family to help me with mine! Our little Ava spent over two hours being evaluated in a cozy office that felt more like home. Dr. Rice provided us with so much information - plus wrote it all down,in case I forgot! It maybe be a long journey for my sweet Ava, but we have HOPE and that is gift in and of itself. Some people complain that they want "too many tests," but most of the ones I've seen recommended for my own pets are what is considered best practice, per friends in the veterinary field. They always err on the side of caution. I appreciate that... I would rather know that we have covered all our bases than save a couple of bucks. Speaking of, I've also heard some people complain that they are too expensive. I think they are slightly pricier than other clinics in the area, but not massively so. I also feel like they provide a very high standard of care, and to me that is worth it.

They…read morefit our dog in at a great time, returned our calls immediately, answered SO many questions, and our dog was really calm around them. With the pandemic, our dog Juno has been pretty nervous of going places without us (despite being a licensed therapy dog), but she really enjoyed it here. She was cuddling up with Laurie and was really happy coming out of the the location. I felt really connected even though we could not go in and their expertise and ability to distill information to us via phone was incredible. More so, they worked efficiently and diligently with our vet to get Juno her medicine the same day. They sent all her files right away to our vet and us so we can maintain her medical records. And, they asked us to keep them updated on Juno's progress. I cannot sing enough high praises about them and while Juno devastatingly died suddenly at another hospital almost 2 weeks later, we know that if we need these services in the future, this is one less thing to worry about because we will be in expert hands.
