I was told that I had to purchase and bring to the owner the replacement alternator myself (he has no ability to order parts on his own?) He does not accept credit cards for payment -- cash only. When I questioned why he was not yet open on the day I attempted to bring him the alternator (well within his posted hours of operation ), he was offended and texted "I can set ur car over in parking lot & we be done with this stupid mess" and "Since it turned into a shit show we just not worry about it ", meaning he was done with me and that my car would just sit there inoperative. I was able to get an appointment with Royson's and I was told I did NOT need my brake or transmission fluid changed!!!!! Angelo actually showed me the fluid so I could have peace of mind.
