Mike should not be in contact with the public. He was very intimidating towards my 60 year old mother on the phone, left multiple voicemails. She said she was going to call the police to escort her there to sign whatever paperwork needed to be signed. I told her not to worry about that, that I would go with her to make sure everything went smoothly. We arrived and Mike was immediately confrontational towards my mother, claiming that a knob was damaged during the move. He waved the supposed "broken knob" in her face. I VERY politely asked "can I please see the knob?" because just from the quick glance I got, I could see that it was not, in fact, broken, and that it was a screw in knob that someone had just loosened too much. He refused and immediately started yelling at me. I told Mike that if he was going to speak to myself and my mother this way that I would be calling the police to come supervise this transaction. He told me I was welcome to wait outside while I did so. I called the police and explained the situation, and that my mother and I were very intimidated by the man, and while they were in the process of dispatching an officer I saw my mother seem to calm and Mike had stopped yelling. I told the police to disregard and that I thought things were under control now, apologizing for the waste of their time. As soon as I was off the phone, Mike leaned over the counter and started yelling, telling me "you're going to learn the hard way that you can't just..." and he was cut off by my mother saying "do not talk to my daughter that way". Mike shoved papers across the counter at my mother, quickly explaining what they were and that she had paid the "damage fee" for the knob. Mike then said very sarcastically "HAVE A NICE DAY!" and I said "have the day you deserve." He then screamed "SMART ASS" at me, cursing more under his breath. My mother was having trouble getting the door open and she asked him to please unlock it. He stormed out from behind the counter and threw the door open yelling "IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU CAN'T FUCKING READ. STUPID PEOPLE!" and he nearly crushed my body in the door when he slammed it shut so hard the windows rattled. My mother and I were shaking from the stress and anxiety of the situation. The way Mike thinks it's ok to treat his customers is absolutely disgusting. There was no reason for him to act the way he did towards either of us. I wish I had been recording this encounter on my phone. read more

BEWARE- This storage company attempts to collect for empty units after you've moved out under the guise of not having signed a "move out slip". I gave ample notice, way over 20 days notice, that I would be moving out in writing. The manager simply refused to acknowledge the fact that I was out of the unit even after watching me drive off in my moving truck. I am now out of state. I have been receiving 1st and 2nd notices of invoices with late payment fines attached. There have been no responses to my phone calls and requests to cancel. This is simply an effort to collect money that the company is not entitled to. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY! read more

Worst place ever to rent U-Haul. I rented a car transport there. It was a piece of junk. Tie downs were rusted shut. Ramps wouldn't come out. Tire blew and they tried to blame me for it. I'll never go back there read more
