In November i emptied my storage because i had moved, it was fully payed off for the month of November i called them the same day telling them i emptied it and no longer needed it, the lady on the phone ASSURED me i was done paying on it and said i would get most of the money back which i never did. and now theyre sending me a invoice for wanting $100, What kind of bs operation are you running. and they wont let you leave a voicemail after hours.
