When…read moreI went back into the garage there was no power in there, 2 freezers, 1 refrigerator and 2 garage door openers. Needless to say I was panicking! I checked the breakers, called PUD and they verified it wasn't a system problem. I called Bayless and explained the situation and one of their service techs called me and walked me through what to do. It only required pushing the reset button on one of the outlets in the garage and everything worked again! C&B normally works with Handy and we tried to have multiple handymen come and install for us, to no avail. Several handymen cancelled on us because they didn't have the right ladder and one came and tried to do the installation with an extension ladder and of course it didn't work because he doesn't have 7-foot long arms to reach the junction box from the wall. We asked our construction manager for our Toll Brothers home in Ten Trails and he said Provident Electric did the original wiring, so we gave them a call (the warranty rep for Toll said Provident might not do these types of non-warranty jobs, but they absolutely do). The guys showed up with the right ladder (16-foot A frame), figured out a way to bring the ladder in and set it up in our tight entry without banging against the walls (covering the floors with blankets beforehand), and got the job done in an hour. They were very friendly, very professional, and highly skilled. I would recommend Provident electricians for any work!
