They took such great care of us, start to finish. We've never had insulation work done before and didn't know what to expect. They held our hand through the entire process, showing us examples of what to expect, clearly communicating every step, explaining they don't paint the plugs but we can either paint them ourselves or hire painters (and they provided professional painter recommendations), etc. We felt so held the entire process. Ashley is so prompt in responding to any calls or messages. Ashley & Zach initially came out to take measurements for a quote, and answer any and all questions I had. The pricing was great, and they took care of filing all the paperwork for the PSE rebates. When it was time to do the work, the whole crew was fantastic! They worked efficiently, and kept the area very tidy, laying down plastic and cleaning as they went. We were so impressed by them!!! They insulated the walls and put insulation under the buildings, in our crawl spaces & also air sealed and wrapped all of the pipes! Once the project was done, Ashely let us know they had overestimated the amount of material they were going to need and actually send us a refund check because they didn't end up using all of the materials we were charged for! Talk about honesty and integrity!!! And finally, months after the project was completed, we discovered an additional spot that needed insulation (not because they made a mistake, but because our building is super unique). Talking with Justin at Puget Services, we was very responsive and just about as upset as we were over the problem. Together, we were able to come up with a solution that did not cost them a whole lot of money to re-do, and fully met our needs and expectations. In the end, the project came out stunning. And just a word about the team. The people that work for this company are the nicest, most professional "handy-men" that I have ever dealt with. So it is great when a company does everything right every time, but when you have an issue, and they can fix it and keep everyone happy, AND get a great review and a repeat customer, that is something great.
