We purchased an Expedition here August 17,2024 everything was great until we noticed a coolant leak. I call get an appointment to drop it off and have it fixed. (Appointment was on Monday 10/21) Monday at 10:48 am they called and told me it had a bad heater hose and it was not covered under warranty so it was going to cost $575 to fix. They said if the hose wasn't in stock would it be ok to stay overnight. I said yes under the impression it would probably be Tuesday when it was fixed. Tuesday I didn't get a call. Wednesday I didn't get a call. Thursday morning I decided to call. They told me they didn't know if the part was there or if the vehicle was fixed or anything but they would call me back. I had still not heard anything at 4 so I called and was told it wouldn't be done that day. I was told they would need an hour and a half Friday morning to finish. I call at 4 Friday evening and was told it was on the rack being worked on and it would be done by 5. I had left work early to get it as I had plans that evening and couldn't wait until 5 to pick it up. Only after expressing my frustration and asking to speak with the manager was anything done. The only positive thing that came from this was them waiving the bill after my vehicle sitting for almost a week for a job that should take an hour and a half. I am not bashing--I am only sharing my experience so maybe someone else can avoid what we have been through. As for me and my family we will not be back.

The AAA tow truck operator towed me in after my camper/van started smoking and ground to a halt at the Alabama Visitor's center on RT 59. I was on my way home to Florida after a long trip and this was a Sunday night. I'd had it checked and the fluids topped off the week before so I was shocked and afraid. I camped in Moe's parking lot with my dogs that night. The daylight brought Moe and his team on the scene ready before the doors even opened. He diagnosed the trouble right away (the transmission-I'll spare the gory details) but we needed another one quickly. I was traveling with 3 small dogs and there was a heat wave. Within 2 hours, his assistant had found 4 transmissions (Got to love a Ford). They explained the plusses and minuses of each: the mileage, price and distance. We picked the best option and it would arrive the next day. Jennifer from Moe's helped me find a local, pet friendly hotel and gave me a ride. She called me at every junction, when the transmission came in, any issues in installation. They finished ahead of schedule and Jennifer came to pick us up the morning after they started repair.
