I took my truck to Eads Collision Center in Centre, Al. I was given an estimate for replacing driver side door, and having seats and console replaced due to vandalism. So took my truck there. 2 weeks later my truck has had no work completed. Spoke to them on the phone promised a new date. That date came and went. Still not completed. As I was leaving I saw my truck and went and looked at it. They were actually trying to repair the door. It was taped of and BONDO was where the Damage was. Plus the seats and console was still in truck. I called my Adjuster he called them, now I get a new date to received truck. Tuesday January 30th. So i called to check on truck No one would talk to me. So the adjuster called me and said he was waiting for a couple parts to finish it. January 31st go to check on truck Seats are not in, per Mackey waiting on console to come in, and truck is not put together. So I tried to get Mackey to work with me on price. He told me " if you do pay full amount truck can stay where it is." People needing collision repair Beware." They have had my Truck for a month and still incomplete. read more
