We were so tired of traveling to a nearby dealership for Sit and Wait for an oil change - found Park Street Express and will be back for any service we need ! Little wait, reasonable pricing, nice staff - they did not have the required oil for my car and made a trip to one of the many auto stores to purchase it! With little delay but kept us updated all along. And of course all fluids topped off . I did not check if any waiting room but it was so nice outside and the wait was not that long. I had my brakes replaced here . They did not install them properly and they came apart while driving . It caused extensive damage to my front end gears . When confronted about the damages , I was turned away with their attorneys number , had the phone hung up on me while I was talking by the owner and the manager . The owner Kevin is the worst to do business with . He is the one hanging up the phone , he is the one with the smart remarks , he is the one that installed the brakes . Do not do business here . I will be taking action by taking them to court for compensation for the damages to my vehicle . I have never been treated worse by any business . read more
