Using Yelp I found this shop was the closest to I-59 (just west of exit 222) and the first shop I'd come to as I traveled south. Be grateful for the map that accompanies this review. Airport Tires (also identified as Wholesale Tires by location signage) would have been extremely hard to find without it, because it's not visible until you find and drive down the road it's on. What could have been a great misadventure was actually a really pleasant experience. I pulled in the parking lot and explained my problem in the office. My car was immediately taken into the shop where the large screw in my tire was quickly found. Less than 15 minutes later, we were on our way again. Very nice folks who know what they're doing and made us feel like we were neighbors they had known and cared about for years.

The driver, Gabriel, was prompt & courteous. He was not able to fix the problem with his battery booster but he kindly gave my husband a ride to a local business in Mentone to get jumper cables. (It was Saturday afternoon and most places closed at noon) Evan was the nicest and most polite gentleman. They should have called me.... 03-29-25 At this location I also requested my suspension to be lubed up and they never did. We've had several instances of waiting several hours for a simple oil change with only a car or two in front of us. This location has also had very bad customer service and communication. I have given them chance after chance, but they always fail at delivering. I don't ever complain about a location, but this one is pretty awful.

The guy who towed our car even had his wife come to pick up my daughter and I to make sure we rode safely. Not only do they have a towing company, but also a tire shop! They took us straight to their shop and not only gave us the best price around but also gave our daughter a popsicle. They were so kind and professional in so many different ways, especially to our daughter who's never been in a situation like that. Let me just say, the cost of the tow AND a tire/install wasn't even half of what other towing companies wanted to charge us for going 10 minutes down the road. So this place gets all my praises!!!
