Terrible texture and extremely grainy. Tastes like someone dumped saw dust into this. Please find a new beer cheese recipe. - Command Style Dog: honestly not bad.... was it worth $7.50? I had heard that "Steve & Benny's," the restaurant that shares the same space as the brewery, recently closed. So, we called to ask if that would be possible and they kindly agreed to seat us early/have our table ready. Upon arriving, the service was great; with our waitress providing prompt service and continuously checking-in on us (taking our order and refilling drinks). Our food was served about 30 minutes after ordering (which is pretty good given that it was for 8 people), and everything was as ordered.
