Unfortunately, I'm leaving 2 stars because of an experience I had with one of his assistants that completely changed my trust in this office. After one of my appointments, I realized I had left my AirPods at the office. I called shortly afterward and was told they weren't there. However, I could still see their location at the dental office through Apple's Find My app for months. At my next appointment, before I could ask in person, the location suddenly changed to a residential address. My boyfriend went to the address shown in the Find My app, and it turned out to be the assistant's home. The assistant acknowledged having the AirPods but claimed he didn't know exactly where they were in his house. He also said he had tried to return them because they were in Lost Mode, yet I never received a phone call, voicemail, text message, or any notification from him or the office. What troubles me most is that my AirPods should never have left the dental office in the first place. If they were found there, I believe I should have been contacted immediately instead of being told they weren't there. Taking a patient's lost property home is, in my opinion, completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I also tried discussing the situation with the Dentist but he told me he didn't want to get involved. I truly appreciate the excellent dental care I received, but trust is just as important. I hope the office reviews its policies for handling patients' lost belongings so no one else has a similar experience. I would also encourage patients to keep a close eye on their personal belongings while visiting this office.

They replaced the crown due to their error but I also kept mentioning how it's too bulky in the back. Finally, at my last visit they put the crown back in and shoved a tablet in my face asking me to sign because after this they won't fix my crown anymore. Well guess what... it still feels horrible. Now I have to reach out to a new dentist to try and fix this mess of a crown. Please, do not come here for any sort of dental work whatsoever. They need to be more proficient in crowns especially calling themselves "crown dental". I would change the business name because it's very misleading for anyone wanting a quality crown. Dr. Ness seemed more interested in making fun of the panhandle of Florida than fixing my tooth. Each time I came in he referred to it as the "Kentucky of Florida". I wasn't ready for procedures that day, walked out with pain medication and antibiotics to ease the pain until I was ready to return. Today 5/22/2026 went back for a root canal, I was extremely anxious, but Dr. Ortega is amazing! Annette his assistant too, both have a very relaxing demeanor that makes any dental coward (like myself) relaxed . They went above and beyond to make the procedure very smooth. I woke up this morning with a major tooth ache, I Live down the street from this dental office and…read moreremembered that they Cater to cowards, and I am one.. i was able to get a same day appt with Dr InKu, to my surprise she was very friendly and welcoming, which made me relax and a little comfortable. after the xrays were taken i was told i needed a root canal, and was very nervous about that because i've heard so many bad things about the procedure, so when it was time to start the work i started to tear up (sad i know lol) sitting there in that chair waiting for dr inku to numb me to my surprise i was already given the shot and didn't feel a thing, the procedure went by with no problems or pain never ever did i think this would be true dr inku is the best and so is the staff everyone is awesome i will highly recommend dr inku to everyone
