I tried three times to make an appointment for the first time, but after my most recent interaction with their front desk representative via phone and text, I decided never to return. The representative I dealt with (I believe her name is Linda, as mentioned in several other reviews) was loud, dismissive, and even came across as threatening in the way she communicated. She constantly spoke over me, interrupted me mid-sentence, and showed zero interest in actually helping or letting me finish my questions. The communication was cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Because of this treatment, I cancelled my appointment altogether and chose another dental office. Management and the clinic's leadership should take these repeated complaints seriously. While Linda may seem like an asset at the front desk, her behavior risks turning into a liability for the clinic and its reputation.

They replaced the crown due to their error but I also kept mentioning how it's too bulky in the back. Finally, at my last visit they put the crown back in and shoved a tablet in my face asking me to sign because after this they won't fix my crown anymore. Well guess what... it still feels horrible. Now I have to reach out to a new dentist to try and fix this mess of a crown. Please, do not come here for any sort of dental work whatsoever. They need to be more proficient in crowns especially calling themselves "crown dental". I would change the business name because it's very misleading for anyone wanting a quality crown. Dr. Ness seemed more interested in making fun of the panhandle of Florida than fixing my tooth. Each time I came in he referred to it as the "Kentucky of Florida". Yes, I was very anxious - very, very!!! ... but he talked to me before he did anything and made sure I was confident in what I wanted to do. I broke one of my lower rear molars. I have TMJ, so it's hard for me to even keep my mouth open. After his recommendation, I decided to pull both top and bottom. I was sooooo happy after he was done! I was so thankful and I kept smiling and thanking everyone, especially him of course He asked me to trust him, and stop asking too many questions (I truly was asking too many!). I did trust him, because even though I was probably the worst anxious and nervous patient there ever- he assured me he wouldn't let me feel any pain. He said he wouldn't use numbing gel before the local anesthesia or laughing gas like I was expecting to- but I didn't even feel the needle/shots! I am truly grateful and thankful I went to him! The reason I did go to this dentist though- is because one of my relatives said he has pain a few days prior and he went in. He said his dentist was the best and said he had a similar experience to what I just described. (His dentist is there Tuesdays and Fridays). Thank you!!!
