I think you get up to seven retainers over like eight years or something. This is the second time I've used it. Now I came in for an emergency visit and Dr Alpan will not listen to me I told him my teeth are rubbing together as they were before and he stated he not fixing the wires that I would have to let him shave my teeth down. I was crying because I never had to get my teeth shaved before. Which I did he didn't give me a choice and now my teeth are still rubbing. He told me he can cancel my contract and I can take him to court. That blew my mind. I came into another appt he not here and Dr. Newhart refuses to see me who saw me before they stated they are selling the practice. Now I have to see another dentist. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!!
