Great place! Recommend Pu Pu Platter (lets you try many appetizers), especially the crab rangoons, and the Lo Mein. The place is take-out only, so plan around that, and while its hygiene history is somewhat iffy, it and the food are still good enough to fully outweigh that concern imo. I grew up right on 3rd Street, not too far from this restaurant. It used to be called Chinatown back in the day, Back then it was good food for a low price. But many years later I wanted to give these new owners a chance. We ordered standard meals, general's chicken, pork fried rice, boneless spareribs, chicken fingers. Staples of a fast food Chinese place. However what we received was what I can only describe as fried chicken with zero sauce. Dry old rice with little to no pork, other than gristle nuggets found by my wife. Zero chicken fingers. Never mind asking for hot mustard or duck sauce. Both were missing from our botched order along with again a 3rd meal for our son. Ordered chicken fingers meal with pork fried rice. Our sons entire order was missing, Never going back. read more

Tonight for dinner we decided to try out Ce Ce's Chinese. This was our first time here so we didn't know what to expect. The restaurant itself was warn down, but the staff here was very polite. It took a while to get our food and it seemed like the staff was a bit scattered, but the food looked great. When we finally did eat, the food was pretty good. We bought General Tso's chicken, an appetizer combo, as well as fried scallops. Everything in our order was great, but the rice could have used some more seasoning. Our favorite menu item was the beef teriyaki followed by the pan fried dumplings. In the end, the food was decent but it took a while to get our food. That being said, we will stop by again to try out some more of their menu items. read more

Most of the food is super delicious (recommend crab rangoon (best I've ever had), general Tso's, and any lo mein, especially the pork - in fact I've tried lo mein from a lot of places and thought I just didn't like that dish until I tried Ce Ce's; beef and broccoli wasn't the brown sauce I'm used to, so the fact I didn't care for it much could be a preference thing). Egg rolls were a little bland for my taste, but nice crunchy veggies and well made. Very friendly staff. Excellent value with decent portions. Liberal use of garlic which made me incredibly happy. read more

It's standard inexpensive American Chinese food. From a vegetarian perspective, their fried rice is fine, as is their spicy broccoli with garlic sauce. The noodles seemed okay too. Their Szechuan spicy bean curd is prettty awful - just slightly heated up tofu cubes with a general tso's style sauce dumped on top. It's fine if you like the flavor/consistency of totally uncooked tofu, but I like mine nice and crisp. Oh, and both times I've ordered from here, the wait time was about twenty minutes longer than they said it would be. Ordered on line, easy. I was concerned when i walked in on a Saturday night and the place was empty. We ordered Gen Gao and Orange chicken. Both were chicken nuggests with a small amount of sweet sauce. The orange chicken had tangerine peels and nothing but chicken- no vegetables.
