After 24 hours of our house in the market we had booked the WHOLE week of tours and to our amazement every day we had qualifying offers. We decided to not accept anymore tours after that week since on the first day we had a $260k offer with the buyers willing to put cash over appraisal, which our asking price was $243k. To put this in perspective there was no comparables in our area selling for more than $235k with only one home sold at $240k in the last year.
