My doctor's office has not been operating at full capacity during this time and they insisted on knowing exactly when the courier would arrive because of locked doors. Vital-Pak was very accommodating and told me the exact time they would arrive. In my experience, the best that other courier services will do is give you a 2-hour window of when they will arrive, and charge you more for it.
