They replied the next monday saying it was stuck in customs from Germany. I didn't receive it until exactly 28 days later. A whole month. I despise these middle man companies where you pay extra for them to take twice as long because it has to ship to them before they turn around and ship it to you. I found it $40 cheaper from somewhere who would ship in 1-3 days only after I purchased. VooDoo Motorsports fixed our dingy motor and impressed us greatly in the process. From the initial…read morephone call to the delivery of our repaired motor within the promised time frame, VooDoo's service rocks. The best part was when the service tech sent pictures of the work in progress. We could see exactly what was being done and what we were paying for. Before returning the motor, the tech sent a video of it working perfectly in the shop. Then at delivery, he ran it again to show us that all was well. VooDoo Motorsports does so much more than motorcycles: boat motors, electronics, bottom paint. Next time we need work done, we will check with VooDoo first. If they do it, we are going there.

Soon after my purchase, I took the Jet Ski to the sea, but it suddenly stopped working due to water getting into the engine. When I returned to Riva, they charged me $192 just to assess the issue. To my dismay, they informed me that the repairs would cost an additional $1,900. To add to my frustration, the A/C on the ATV also malfunctioned shortly after purchase, with one of the hoses blowing out. They offered the same assessment fee of $192, claiming that they needed to evaluate it. It's worth noting that I had previously purchased a Robalo 360 in 2024, three Yamaha Jet Skis from Key Largo, and an EZ Golf Car, all of which had zero issues. It's surprising how differently things have gone with Riva Motor Sport in Miami. In the end, their handling of these situations has unfortunately led to losing a potentially loyal customer.

Dealer refuses to fix or refund difference, instead, goes back on their word, and says it is 'AS-IS' despite promises to resolve. Dealer miscounted $4,500 of my funds, and charged $650 in registration fees which they promised to pay back, and did not. Dealer then attempted to intimidate and threaten me. In addition, dealer drove car after I paid the deposit, and gave me the car with NO GAS. Dealer took 30+ days to deliver title / registration, among other issues. Blocked my number, refuses to make the situation right.

The scooter was taken in to have a service done on it and when my partner went to pick it up they informed him it would be more money because they had to change the brakes. I have never been somewhere in where they change something on a car, truck, boat or etc where they would not call you first and ask you if it's okay to do that. What if the client doesn't have the money and now you've just forced them into something that they may not be able to financially afford? He luckily had the money. Not too long after he had issues with the back breaks and was told he needed new ones. But they had just been changed so how is it that so soon after that they needed to be changed again. I know breaks are part of the wear and tear but considering my partner drives less than two miles to work I highly doubt it was wear and tear. My partner is not happy at all with them and honestly it makes me feel bad that I was the one that found them. Especially since it's hard to find parts for the scooter we purchased so it leaves us in a bit of a bind. Personally I've never dealt with a company like this and for sure it's a lesson learned.

Sept 5, more damage noted during disassembly, had to order more parts. More issues with the Trunk, wire harness and saddle bags. Oct 5, wrong part came in had to re-order. Nov 5, Phoned in for update. Response was Power Lodge experiencing Pod caste issues - leave message. Can they be more cryptic? I just want my bike back. I'll go through the usual Can-am Spyder RT Limited group on-line and look for a used part. This has been way too long. I even cancelled my insurance -since I've not ridden or started the bike up since August 5, 2025.

I knew we were gonna take a loss, but they only offered me $5k on trade. The Side x Side only had 33 miles and 6 hours on it. They were way lower, by thousands than every other dealer that I got a price from. I will never buy anything from them again and suggest that you don't, as you can see how they would treat a possible returning customer. To offer almost $10k less that what I paid 6 months ago is a serious insult and a huge statement about their integrity and loyalty to their customers. They would have listed this for sale for at least $12k. I suggest you do not buy from them!
