The best. We have relied on Christian and his team to take us and our two young children to and from SFO for the past few years. Christian is so easy to communicate with via email & text, they always show up exactly on time in an immaculately clean car with clean carseats setup and ready to go & offer competitive pricing. When we had some last minute travel plans over the holidays and had to change our pick-up dates, Christian even moved some things around to accommodate us even though he was already completely booked. He didn't have to do that, but I am so grateful he did as I wasn't sure who else would be able to pick us up with multiple carseats! We can't say enough good things about CDC Executive Sedan & Limo. We needed round trip service to SFO with an infant and a toddler car seat, and from our first communications the owner, Christian was always quick to respond. The cars were well maintained and clean, and on both trips the car seats were in good shape and installed correctly. But it was the drivers each way that really earned the 5 star review. Both to and from the airport (and I should add our return flight arrived hours late, requiring a pickup after midnight) Roberto and Javier were professional, safe drivers, and extremely friendly. I didn't want to lug a heavy toddler carseat on our trip to SFO, so I was overjoyed when I found out that I didn't have to! If you give Christian your details and needs, he takes care of the rest. I was traveling for the first time with my baby and arranged travel to and from SFO with CDC because many highlighted how great CDC in their reviews. I echo all of the 5 star reviews and would rate them higher if I could. I inquired online about the services provided and their rates and Christian called me directly to discuss any questions I had. The drivers were waiting for me on both legs of my journey and as on add-on service, I arranged for the driver to meet me at baggage claim to help me with my luggage. He was very gracious and kind and handled my baggage so I could take care of my daughter The vehicles were immaculate, the drivers very professional and friendly, and the driving safe. Bought a voucher for an airport ride on Gilt City. Purchased on April 1 per my records. Gilt confirmed with the vendor CDC Exec that it was redeemed April 6th. This was impossible given that I haven't even been to SFO since November of last year (2010). I gave the town car company a call explaining my situation. He pauses and asks for my name, and tells me he will call me back. Of course he doesn't call back and when I called again, I go straight to voicemail. So, there are 1 of 2 reasons for this: 1. I am being scammed and he's just going to avoid my call 2. It's a 1-person show and he's busy driving and can't handle my customer service request at this time... in which case he should have said something then. read more

I initially found CDC because we needed a car with a toddler car seat to/from SFO and they have become our go-to airport service over the past year. It is incredibly reasonable for our family of four to go with CDC instead of parking our car, and it's such a help to have the car seat piece taken care of. I have used car services all over the world, including monthly in New York for 10 years, this week I used CDC for the 4th time and realized I had yet to write a review. Christian and his staff are simply run the best car service to and from SFO. When my wife and left for the airport our driver arrived 5 minutes early. I realized I needed to make a quick stop at 6am and he gladly offered to wait. Not only that he gave us a tip about the airline we were flying to get some extra perks. Then when I returned to San Francisco I emailed Christian as I was getting ready to board my flight, within 10 minutes he wrote me back and confirmed a car would be ready, then after I got my luggage, I called and he said "your car will be there in 4 minutes, look for the sign." And the car was, the driver was awesome, took some shortcuts I never knew about and got me home within a blink of an eye. Love CDC Limo, would tell anyone to use them. read more

I've used CDC a couple of times now and have no plans of looking elsewhere. The first ride needed multiple stops (on the way to the airport) and they were very accommodating and up front about their fees. Most recently, an executive needed a last minute pick up for SFO - I called and they came through again and remedied a stressful situation. All this on top of very competitive rates for the Bay Area. I really appreciate Christian (the owner) as he is incredibly responsive! For me, this is the biggest determining factor when deciding on which company to go with. I always have a lot of moving parts and I don't want to wait 3-4 days later to hear back about an inquiry.
