I called countryside as they were who I trusted to install the hot water heater. I spoke with some gal and explained to her that we are smelling gas from the hot water tank she said ok put me on hold for 10min.... She comes back to say that they can't send anyone out til Monday I told her that was BS and that it's a gas leak they can send someone now. She then sends me to Mike I then explain to him the same thing and that it's bullshit to have to wait til Monday for a gas leak he then laughs at me and says if I swear again he is going to end the call I ended up getting furious with him said some words and ended the call for him hey Mike what if this was your home with children you gonna wait til Monday POS So I reached out to another company who will be here in 30 minutes not days I do not recommend this company they over charge for everything and there customer service is shit you mean a lot to them until the sale is done not the way you do business Update Xcel came out and for your company's information I have had a gas leak at the water heater control valve for almost a year now thank you for your quality install and putting my family at risk we are now done with this company we don't take playing with our lives lightly They say a faulty part from manufacture or could it have been one to many turns at the time of install and was cracked And coincidentally my wife's business had same issue we tried this business several times and now we're moving on I appreciate the phone call though trying to get me to remove my review but maybe if you guys didn't treat a gas leak as a laughing matter I would been a little easier

Told us about the furnace issues and didn't try to up-sell us with repairs we could do without after we decided this was the time to replace the unit. My house was built in 1978. 3 years of my dust, dirt and animal dander. 45 years of other peoples…read moredead skin and whatever types of dander, unknown. I helped replace my old furnace with an efficient gas one and the ducts were caked with dust. I also had an underlying odor that I couldn't narrow down. I called Dave who was referred by a friend. After he was done, every thing was in place and no mess. My house has lost it's underlying odor that was trapped in the dust. When I fired up the furnace last week I didn't have the normal burn off of whatever fell in over the summer. Thanks again Dave!
