When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units. She comes back to say that they can't send anyone out til Monday I told her that was BS and that it's a gas leak they can send someone now. I helped replace my old furnace with an efficient gas one and the ducts were caked with dust. I also had an underlying odor that I couldn't narrow down. I called Dave who was referred by a friend. After he was done, every thing was in place and no mess. My house has lost it's underlying odor that was trapped in the dust. When I fired up the furnace last week I didn't have the normal burn off of whatever fell in over the summer. Thanks again Dave!
