When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units. This is my 6th and by far the best installers and Erv Smith Service Company is the easiest and best company I have had to work with over the years. Thanks to a great team at Erv Smith!

Response was reasonably fast and technician was able to get furnace operating again. Total charge for the warranted exhaust fan and a thermostat (not under warranty) was $500. Charged $118 for a Honeywell thermostat that can be purchased locally for @$50. $382 in labor for about 2 hours of work. Contacted All Season questioning the charges but no reduction offered. I understand weekend rates to be higher than normal, but thought the thermostat upcharge and labor charges a bit extreme. All Season is only York dealer in area that had parts and it was cold so we couldn't wait until Monday to call another service company. Hoping the next time our York furnace quits working it's a weekday.

Reliability is huge for me, so when I saw our home was serviced by All Season in 2010, I knew who to call. 9 years of no issues!! Leah, also is a gem. She was so helpful with scheduling my service, sharing knowledge, and fun to talk to.

In the 40+ years I've lived in Eau Claire Ive used 4 different companies that install & service heating & cooling systems. NONE can compare to Doug & Will Wahl. They do excellent work, show up when they say they will, & YES! They answer calls for emergency service when your furnace goes out on a cold night. Their rates are very reasonable. When we had our furnace & AC units replaced several years years ago no one could come close to their price. I just had my furnace serviced prior to the winter heating season. The price? $85 (+tax). These guys even list their furnace install prices on their website. They don't do a lot of advertising, which helps immensely with keeping their overhead low.

Milked out time by calling his boss (Cody), putting it on speaker phone, saying "I hear a hissing sound, I should stay and check it out, right?" Heater was out for around 18 hours, so of course it will sizzle when starting up again. Done and out door in 25 minutes. Sat in driveway to next 10-15 minutes. Was billed $237.38. Drive time of 30 minutes, an hour for labor and a additional fee of $48 to bring their first hour fee to $168 (per Cody when asked on phone). So drive time is charged at $118 an hour, pretty expensive drive for me. When we called about price of bill Cody said he would check Aiden's GPS in truck and get back to me, been 3 days, by tomorrow, since after 8 p.m. today. We will not be using Tweetgarrot again. Aiden even told us that the head company does not bother them because they make them so much money. Guess now we know how now.
