When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units. They do excellent work, show up when they say they will, & YES! They answer calls for emergency service when your furnace goes out on a cold night. Their rates are very reasonable. When we had our furnace & AC units replaced several years years ago no one could come close to their price. I just had my furnace serviced prior to the winter heating season. The price? $85 (+tax). These guys even list their furnace install prices on their website. They don't do a lot of advertising, which helps immensely with keeping their overhead low.

Mas came out in bitter cold weather and got my system installed and running, finally getting my house warm after weeks of excuses from the other company. They quoted me at over half the price of the competitor and never added any extras to the bill. 5 star experience.
