Otherwise, there was a picnic table and chairs in the dining room, and stools at the breakfast bar. No chairs at all. My bedroom had no dresser and the closet was locked, so I put my suitcase on the floor and lived out of it. No toilet paper holder. No holder for bathroom towel. There was no rubber mat or grab bars in the shower. This was tough for me because I am unstable physically. Pluses: extremely friendly, accessible and helpful customer service, very clean, nice decor, amazing location, free parking spot which is unusual in a densely populated city. I think this place is ideal for young people.

INSECT INFESTATION, UNCLEAN CONDITIONS. Completely unacceptable for ~$300/night…read more We arrived to find both living and dead insects throughout the unit--including the bedroom and bathroom. They were present at check-in; we never left doors/windows open. We documented everything with photos and contacted management. The response was even more concerning: the property acknowledged the insects in writing but dismissed them as "harmless" and "seasonal." Regardless, guests should not be checking into a unit with insects throughout the space. There werea also broader maintenance issues: stained sheets/linens, missing bathroom tiles, duct tape around floorboards, and intermittent blackouts that repeatedly knocked out lights and Wi-Fi. We have photos and written correspondence documenting the conditions. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Pri was exceptionally responsive and we were able to complete a virtual walk through of the property before any commitment was made. The virtual walk through went very well and I sent over the deposit to hold the property. However, a week before my arrival I was notified that my property was not available due to a pipe bursting and the water supply being shut off to the property. Pri informed me that he may have another unit available, but it was a bit smaller and he was experiencing issues replacing some of the furniture due to the previous tenant not appropriately maintaining the property. Pri assured me that the property was being professionally cleaned and would be ready for my arrival. Upon my arrival, I discovered this to be furthest from the truth. Immediately upon opening the door I was hit with a pungent smell that assaulted my senses. As I continued to walk around the unit, the disappointment prevailed. The entire unit was filthy and required a substantial amount of cleaning. When I brought my concerns to Pri's attention, he increased the volume of his voice and wanted to refund what I had paid. I asked Pri if we were able to have a cleaner revisit the unit and requested that he cover the one night stay at a hotel. He went on to agree to the one night stay, but later changed his mind stating 'he wasn't running a charity and he could not afford to house me for three months.' He continued to state that it was obvious he couldn't meet my 'level of cleanliness'. At this point, I did not have the time to find another long-term solution and agreed to clean the unit myself, along side my Aunt. After spending $1200 we purchased cleaning supplies including a vacuum, mop, cleaning products, new linens, and a small steam cleaner. We then spent 3 hours cleaning the unit. This cleaning included mopping the floors, cleaning the baseboards, washing walls, and more. It became evident that an animal had soiled the carpeting on the stairs and they needed a deep cleaning. The next day I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe's, as we soon discovered the small steam cleaner previously purchased wasn't going to sufficiently clean the stairs. I then steam-cleaned the stairs twice with the rented carpet cleaner, which did not resolve the rancid animal smell. The couch was also in disarray, as the sides of the couch were destroyed by a cat and there were cigarette burns on the top of the couch. I removed the couch cushions to wash them and steam cleaned the entire couch. After three days of being hopeful, it became evident that this unit was not livable as the pungent smell continued to permeate throughout the unit. I notified Pri that I was going to vacate the property early and requested that he refund my rent, but did agree to allow him to keep the deposit. This is a warning to anyone who considers utilizing their services in the Columbus area. May the odds be forever in your favor.

The location isn't hard to find, but remember you're looking for a house, not a traditional hotel. Check-in was a breeze and from the moment you enter the suite, you are plunged into what I can only describe as a romantic escape room. I don't want to give away too many things, because half of the fun is discovering all that your suite has to offer. However, I will say that you will not be disappointed if you love mysteries and grew up on choose your own adventure books and Scooby Doo. In addition to all of the fun things, the room has to offer, details have been meticulously, thought of, from plush robes to snacks. You never really have to leave the room if you don't want to. We did decide to take a break about halfway through to enjoy a restaurant in the area, which was another bit of nostalgia, because I had not seen a Ponderosa buffet since I was a kid. Two things to note to make your stay better. First, take advantage of the full-time you have the room. This is one place that you want to arrive as soon as check-in is available at 5PM and check out at the very last minute 11AM so you can really enjoy everything. Next, even if you are really moving quickly the experience takes 3 to 4 hours, so be prepared for that. You can definitely move at your own pace, but just know there's a lot to uncover. Overall, this place is a gem. I would absolutely return and try a different adventure, but honestly Treasure Island was so much fun I would do it again.

There was music playing and it was uniquely decorated, like we were stepping into a whole different world. The clues were more difficult than we expected which was great! Behind each hidden door is a new experience. This is better than any escape room you've ever done. While the house is shared with other couples each suite is completely private. When entering our room it felt like we were the only ones in the whole place. The only reason we knew other people were there is because we saw cars out front and could hear people talking from the shared staircase. Book a room. You will not be disappointed.

We worried about the cabin being rented sight unseen and only relying on photos but our cabin Big Oak was everything and more. We were out in the woods on a back road but really not far from the many sights to see around Hocking Hills. The price was very reasonable and we had a very wonderful time just getting away from all the craziness for a couple days. We will for sure stay there again and suggest it to friends and family. It sleeps 6, has a full kitchen, hot tub, washer and dryer and several decks to sit out and enjoy the view. There is even a fire ring to roast hot dogs and make s'mores.
