I know that is what should always be done first. I didn't hear back from her. Which is why I left a review days after I did not hear back. And you're right Vanessa is a great stylist, which is why I chose to book with her in the first place. I've seen what she could do and specializing in blonde colors and having years of experience in the industry. Which is why I was very surprised by the outcome of the first visit.
