ZERO STARS. I purchased 2 SeaDoos for almost $30,000 from CC Powersports in Clarksville 2 years ago. Stood at the Service Desk 2 MONTHS AGO and set an appointment and EXPLAINED WHAT WORK was needed. The SeaDoos are equipped with a key that is unique to each unit. Computer chips were scarce in 2022, so the SeaDoos were sold without the unique keys. I received a call today, the appointment date, telling me that "all recalls have been claimed". I assured them that I have not had this work done, and could easily prove the keys had not yet been coded correctly. They kept saying "all recalls have been claimed". I said I don't care what you want to call it, the work has not been done and it is owed to me by them and SeaDoo. I said "I can't f--ing believe this". Then a rude man got on. He said they don't have the parts, but bring the units in. For what? So they can sit in the elements for a month while parts are ordered? Those parts would have been ordered 2 MONTHS AGO by a competent Service Dept. Obviously, that didn't happen and they are not competent. He continued talking over me until I had enough and said "if you'll shut the F up for a second, I can explain the problem". That got his panties in a bunch. After talking over me for a while longer, he said "we will just part ways". FINE WITH ME. Unfortunately, mister diarrhea mouth couldn't stop talking (we parted ways, remember dude?) so I got tired of it and hung up. Will be going to a dealer that is grateful for their customers. THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. I was about to buy a $22,000 side-by-side from them next spring. Was looking at them with my family on the day I made the Service appt. We were there for 45 minutes before someone asked if we had been helped. 45 MINUTES. When a salesman finally asked, he said he thought we were already being helped. Went to CC Powersports to check on getting a fuel pump recall performed on a 2019 Goldwing. Refused to even look at it because it was a trike kit. First said it wasn't covered, then said they didn't know how to remove the seat. I offered to remove the seat. Then it was liability and they would not perform the recall. The fuel pump has nothing to do with the trike and is easily accessible. I ended up reaching out to American Honda. Received a call back and they arranged the recall at a reputable dealer. read more

FIRST: This place is not military-friendly.  SECOND: I have bought around a dozen brand new toys in my life, from ATVs, dirt bikes, golf carts, street bikes, etc., so I know how these types of transactions are done. Let me explain my experience. I was looking to buy a jet ski. In the beginning, everything was going well and the seller was very attentive until I committed to buying the Sea-Doo,  and made a deposit. After that, communication turned difficult. I provided them my financial institution, everything was prepared for them and all they had to do was to complete the registration papers, bill of sale, and I will be out the door. I TRUSTED THEM, they started by taking me to different sections of the dealer, parts, service, and apparel departments, I understand, I also have a degree in business and I know marketing and sales pretty well. Then, they took me straight to the ineffective finance officer. I had to call my bank institution so my bank can tell him that I can add my wife to the title. This is the first time someone told me that I cannot add my wife to the title. He was too lazy to start a new set of documents, why? Because he decided to start everything before we arrived there, how I know? They were asking me for the check amount before I even hit the road to the store. The biggest issue was that the unit that I bought was listed on the website with an audio system and the audio system was missing. Then, they claimed it was advertised incorrectly and that unit does not come with an audio system. Really? They need to add the audio system as a false advertisement. I waited an entire week for the unavailable manager (Jose) that is so ineffective that he cannot even answer calls or call me back, he never did. Everything was managed by the vendor. That day, I was in a hurry to go back home because it was cold outside and the Jet Ski was delivered outside in the cold and I missed that. * I never saw the unit until the end, I feel they tricked me. Now they do not want to provide the missing equipment, and I'm not sure if they forgot to install it. Anyway, they need to provide the equipment as a false advertisement. My recommendation is to go somewhere else if you are shopping in the area. Do not provide personal information to them over the phone. CHECK, CHECK, AND CHECK your equipment before you leave the store and ask them to show you whatever you want to buy first you sign any documentation. Lastly, work with your own financial institution if you decide to do business with them. * Do not work with Matt or Jose. There is a reason they have a lot of bad reviews on Facebook. I also have the screenshot from a complaint I placed on BBB and their response, this dealer lied again because their supposed manager never contacted me. Ordered a part for my motorcycle from them in April 2024. Paid for the upfront in full. They were very bad with communicating with me from the start. I always had to call them to check if the part came in. They received the part October 14 of 2024 but never contacted me. I called them on November 14 of 2024 and they said yes they received the part back in October and I am lucky that they still have it because people that do not pick up their parts in a timely manner will be sent back with no refunds given I paid almost $500 for this part and I drove over an hour to get this part when I went into the store I expressed my concern with the parts manager he said what can I do for you? I said you could install the part for free and he said very rudely. No, I will not. I have maintained my bike there for years and they have always matched the best price on tires that I could find on the Internet. I have always had great customer service there as well. They have a good selection of motorcycle clothing and helmets as well. CC Powersports also supports our military and veterans and has been an annual supporter of the Indiana Salute To Veterans and the escort of the traveling wall. As a military veteran, for this reason alone I would support them, but they have a great dealership as well. It is very easy to get to. Their service department there is terrible. I took my 2020 Honda PCX 150 there because it wouldn't start. First of all it took three weeks to get an appointment to drop it off there. That wasn't too bad considering it was a busy time of year I was OK with that. I figured since I had an appointment they would start working on it pretty much right away. I called a week later because nobody called me back and Josh told me that my scooter was next in line to be worked on. A week went by and I still didn't hear anything and Josh told me he would check into it for me and call me back. He never called me back. This went on for five weeks. Every time I called Josh had some kind of an excuse and said he would call me back and never called me back. I don't know if they got rid of Josh or what because the last time I called the service manager, answered and said my scooter was on the rack and about finished. he emailed me the very next day and said it was ready. I went to pick the scooter up today and they said it needed a fuel pump and it was $440. I thought that was pretty high but the worst part of my experience there was, no callbacks after being promised multiple times that I would get called back. read more

CC Powersports is understaffed, so customer service is awful. Parts take weeks to arrive, if ever, and you're left guessing if your parts have arrived because the staff doesn't have the time or inclination to keep you informed. The service department is downright mean. Since they have more work than they can handle, they treat customers as if they're doing them a huge favor by working on their bikes. If you can talk them into working on your bike, they charge way too much for even the smallest job. It's well worth the drive to anyplace else. read more

I went into CC Powersports in Clarksville on July 10th and completed a deal for $28,787.00 to buy two SeaDoo Jet Skis. One was the GTX 230 I had been looking to buy for months. The CC's website shows it with the Audio System. The boat they had did not have it but I offered to pay the full amount by credit card that night even though I found this to be misleading. They said they would prefer if I got them a check the next day to prevent the 2% CC fees. I offered to put down a deposit as I have been looking for this SKI for months! They (Matt the sales guy) said they would mark them sold, prep them and just get a check to them the next day or before I come to pick them up. Matt even told me to make sure I had a 2" ball on my truck when I come in. The next day (JULY 11TH) at 10:53 am I got the following text from Matt " Hey someone came in this morning and bought the GTX 230. I still have the GTR 230 and the GTI 155 SE. Will that combo work? We did a search for another GTX with no luck." No, this would NOT work as I needed the GTX as it can accommodate the Bluetooth Audio system and I already had signed a deal for that ski the night before (and offered to pay for it in full.) I called and asked for the manager (Tina). When she called me back at 1:30 pm I found out that THEY CALLED another customer who had put down a deposit on a Limited and told them he could have my machine if he came in and paid for it before I showed up as they cannot get his Limited as promised! The CC Powersports website SHOWS NOT ONE BUT TWO GTI 155 LIMITEDS IN INVENTORY. (I took pics and so can you) This bait and switch is a slimy sales method and it looks like they have done to others from the reviews. Remember I even signed a quote approving the amount and offered to pay the full amount with my credit card before I left the night before. I went home and showed my kids pictures of the Jet Skis I had just bought for us to enjoy this summer that night they were ours the deal was done. I had been looking for this SKI for months and found it online just 2 hours before heading to CC to pay for it. They tried to bait and switch me. STAY AWAY! CC Powersports or Clarksville IN has made the ownership of my 2016 Indian Roadmaster a very positive experience. I have nothing but positive things to say from the sales, service and showroom. All of the staff is extremely helpfully any time you are there. My last three motorcycles have been Harley's. I have had issues with the bike, the dealer and Harley warranty . They would not fix the issues straight from the factory . I have never had those issues with CC Powersports. I had to have bypass surgery and was laid up for a couple of months. They came to my house a 100 miles away picked up my bike in order to finish ithe installation of some parts I ordered and do a routine service. They even returned the bike. They also called me three times during my recover just to check and see how I was doing. Very impressed. Gary in sales for Indian is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful when every you are in the store. Cat (Catherine) who does sales for clothing and store accessories goes out of her way to make sure you are helped and satisfied with you Indian experience. John in service has been fantastic to work with. I have had no issues with any of my service or adding of accessories. John was the person that saw my bike was picked up and returned while recovering. Everytime I have gone into the Indian store I have been greeted by Gary and Cat. If they see you anyone that you have had contact with during your purchase or service in the store will speak to you. They have you sign a paper when you purchase your Indian that says we owe you nothing but good service. From my experience they truly mean that. I personally at this point in my ownership of my Indian am completely satisfied with CC Powersports and staff of Clarksville IN and Indian. I would recommend both to anyone. read more

Just had the worst customer service experience ever at this business. After calling and asking for a quote on the tire and asking when I came in what the price of the tire was I came in thinking my tire would be $85 because that's what they told me on two separate occasions. When I got there to pick my bike up they said it was actually $190. Matt the service manager explained to me that the quote didn't include labor. I cannot believe that there is a business that is allowed to be run this way. This dealer is both good and bad. Let me explain. I have been a customer, on and off for 7 years. It is a great source to check out the newest machines and apparel. Their prices are retail plus 10%, so a great source to kick tires, then shop the internet for the best price, most likely elts where out side the Louisville area. Example: I tried on a helmet I liked for the size and how it looked on me, found it online $30 cheaper, plus free shipping and no sales tax (sorry brick and mortar stores). I DO buy many of my factory parts there since prices are industry fixed and most of what I need is in stock. The PARTS department is (5 stars)... GREAT staff. When one of my older (6) Yamaha's need parts, I cant wait a week to save a buck via the internet. I don't ever use the service department. Their hourly rate is one of the most expensive in the Louisville area, and they wont work on most ATV/UTV's older than 5 years old (they'd rather sell you a new machine and appear understaffed). I've purchased apparel there many times, but only when on sale. Buying jackets, helmets, or riding gear is a crap-shoot on line, unless you can try it on first. Again, their close out sales on riding gear are pretty good. Sales department... awful! I tried to buy a used Kawasaki KLR650 a few years back. It was 3 years old but had only 1000 miles on it. They advertised it about $2000 less than a new one. I offered them their asking price "OUT THE DOOR" (tax/title/dealer prep included). They sat on my offer for 4 days without a counter offer or reply. I called back again and they said they were still considering it (dealer speak for holding out for a better offer). I gave them and ultimatum to accept or reject my offer right then and there. They said they were firm on asking price including all the dealer fake fees (dealer prep/documentation fees etc) and taxes that brought the price up to the cost of a new one. I passed, and found a great priced almost new one on-line in a private sale an hour away, with all the sales tax advantage a private sale affords. So, by all means look and kick the tires, but check the internet for the best deal. A 2 hour drive to Lexington/Indy/Cinni/Bowling Green may save you a thousand dollars or more for your effort. read more

And he would call me and let me know what i would owe that's not covered under warranty.....LOL. how could i owe anything? Bought my new Honda atv at cc powersports, that was easy enough. it needed the 20 hour service and some repairs under warranty service waited till i had it in the service area before saying , its under warranty, but "probably about 2 weeks" before we can get to it. after 2 weeks i called back to see if it was done and got another "probably about 2 weeks" i cant wait a month or more to get it serviced had to drive another 30 miles round trip to get it. now i have to find another shop to get it serviced under warranty. dont buy from them. once they get your money you go to bottom of the list. in conclusion: "POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE" read more

I don't like people who sell things like houses, cars, motorcycles, etc. I think they try to swindle you and really just take you for all that you're worth. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! As a gift to myself for graduation and getting a new job I thought I'd travel down a path I had ridden down before. I went in with a very specific bike in mind and left with that very specific bike. The gentlemen who helped me with the entire process were nothing short of polite and were the furthest thing from pushy. This is a very easy going atmosphere where they truly do care about the safety of the people who buy bikes from them. They never act like talking to you about bikes is ever a hassle. They'll go through pros and cons with you, make suggestions, and even walk you through different models. If you're in the market for a new bike or sports vehicle of some sort, give this place a look. The salesman Jamie was great and made process easy. I rode bike back to Ky. and had to bring it back to be inspected by sheriff dept. in Louisville before getting title. After riding 120mi round trip the bike had two issues that on my return trip (end cap on left handle bar missing and left heat grip going from hot to cold/warm) the individual who went an got the bike inspected notice the same issue. After discussing this with the owner they refused to fix the problem stating their mechanic rode it 4mi and didn't notice anything wrong; however, they nitpicked the hell out of my trade in saying the had to put a front rotor on it because it was warped, this was replaced by Harley 2mo prior and no issue afterwards. So even though I bought the 2yr warranty on the Indian I bought, I had a friend fix the problem which turned out to be a frayed wire. Their quick to sell you a bike, yet they won't fix a problem or further check/diagnose anything after the sale. I would not recommend doing business with these people because they won't stand behind their product as far as an existing problem. Absolutely horrible! I've been riding for 40 years and my experience with CC Powersports has been the worst! I bought a brand new Yamaha FJR from them in 2014. While driving it home, I noticed how heavily it steered and how weak the brakes felt. When I got it home, I checked the tire air pressure in both tires and it was HALF of what it should have been. While checking the tire pressure, I noticed that new, red grease was smeered all around both front brake rotors. No wonder the bike steered heavily and the brakes felt weak! I shudder to think what could have happened had I not been riding the bike very carefully on its first time out on the highway! I regret not taking the bike right back and demanding my money back. Not long after that, the bike developed a minor electrical problem and I was told that it would be up to a SIX week wait for it to be repaired. And all this from an expensive (to me) brand new bike! Nearly 4 years later, the FJR sits covered up in my garage while I ride my two other bikes all the time. Sadly, I'd lose my rear end if I sold it or traded it off. I'm so sick of my whole CC Powersports experience. I honestly believe someone, perhaps a disgruntled employee, tried to sabotage my bike. Avoid them like the plague! read more
