Bluegrass KY Harley Davidson

Spectacular dealership , staff were very kind and personable. Highly recommend this store they know how to run a Harley Davidson business!!

We stopped in here during our trip back from Lexington - as both my work colleague and I own Harley's - we weren't here to buy bikes or get service work done. Instead, we stopped in to check out the clothing, accessories, and ooh and aah over the bikes. This place is rather cavernous inside - meaning it's pretty large! I bought a couple of H-D license plates for friends, as well as a kickstand floor protector, a variety of H-D t-shirts and muscle shirts, and the H-D dealership poker chips and pins. The two folks I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Nice H-D dealership!

An amazing dealership. My saddlebag tore off my bike as I was heading west. They were the closest service place. I stopped in told them my situation, and not only did the work on my bike immediately, the did the work for free. They have a great show room, and gave the all important military discount. The staff was friendly, and i can't say enough good things about this place.

Word of warming -- stay away from these snake oil salesmen. You won't get your money's worth and…read moreyou won't get what you thought you were paying for. The story starts in Feb when we needed to get a scooter for my fiance. We didn't know much going in and there aren't a lot of local places in town that had what we were looking for. (I guess when you're the only game in town you get to make the rules). Back then, against my better judgement we purchased a use Baja scooter. We were told the engine was just replaced because the previous owners neglected to mention what kind of problems it had. Okay, sounds fair enough. The price was $850.. we 'bargained' it down to $750 cash because we needed this ASAP. I had reservations over the inflated price but we got it anyway expecting that the guy with autographed pictures of Jesus hanging all over this shop wouldn't rip us off. Less than 48 hours later it wouldn't start. Warranty or no warranty, I expect the product I (over)paid for to work longer than 2 days. They fixed that problem but it still had severe electrical issues. We had to keep 2 batteries to switch them out because the scooter couldn't charge them. Fast forward to this week, it started running really rough. REALLY rough. We took a look at it and saw the engine block had cracked in half and the entire exhaust is hanging on by a single bolted bracket. She's lucky she didn't kill herself driving it home. Today we went in, in good faith, to say that we didn't want to worry about fixing it, but we'd like to trade it back in and let us recoup some of our losses. Let's trade it in, get a lower end scooter that we can afford and write the junker off as a life experience. Well, here's where the red flags started waving. First off, he didn't remember us. I know a lot of people come and go in these types of places, but you'd think that if our shitty, broken down scooter that we got just a few months ago was such an exception to the supposed smooth transactions that take place there, you'd remember it. You'd remember that you replaced a motor before selling it and then remember that almost the very next day it wasn't working. Nope, no idea who I was, who my fiance was (And let's be honest, we're a pretty distinctive looking couple). So I put that aside and see what we have in stock. Well, what we saw on the showroom floor were the exact same scooters we saw last time, got the exact same canned sales pitch and then got pointed to a new Wolf RX-50 that has a "regular" price of 1599 but lo and behold, it's on sale today for "only" $1399. I told him straight up I only had $1250 and the old scooter I got just a few months ago that he somehow doesn't remember and he said he didn't want that scooter but $1250 was fine. I went to go get the deposit because, gosh, I better hurry since today is the "last day" of the sale. Then I looked up some info on the Wolf RX-50 and saw that the MSRP is $1099 and some outlets have it on sale for $750. Went back to the shop to make sure it was indeed an RX-50 and was said "Look man, I checked this out online and the MSRP is $1099" and he suddenly got all defensive saying that "Well yeah, that's online but then you gotta pay to have it crated and shipped and" basically all that other stuff and I said "No, $1099 is how much the company who makes the scooter says it should generally be sold for... $1250 is still way over that, much less the 1500 or 1600 you say it's supposed to cost. So he said that's the best he's going to do on it and if I didn't like it I could walk so that's what I did. I imagine this happens quite frequently given the canned responses and sales pitches I got.. and pretending not to remember me or the shitty scooter that he in no way wanted back combined with the utter over charging.. I can't recommend this group to ANYONE looking for a good cheap scooter. There are just too many better deals, FAIR deals, across the river in Indiana and in Lexington. I forgave the incident of getting a lemon on the second day with our previous scooter but the stuff I witnessed today is just too much.

They never walk by without asking if they can help in any way. Very knowledgeable. Lots of side by sides and UTV's sitting outside to look at. The showroom is full of Motorcross, street and cruiser bikes. Plus slingshots and 4 wheelers. Lots of accessories also. Like shirts and pads and helmets galore. You can and will find something you want and I won't be held responsible for it....I warned you :) There's a service and parts department too. They do motorcycle course style training too for newbies.

I had taken my fourwheeler there for a starting issue. They claimed it was a battery issue and…read morereplaced the battery, we were charged almost $400 for this work. We brought it home and it had the same issue. Took it back and they said it was now a fuel pump. Stated it was on back order and would cost us another $200. We have had warranty and maintenance warranty this whole time. We expressed this to them and they said they would not charge us for the fuel pump part or replacements. Due to us having warranty we requested part of our money back from the first fix and was denied because they "fixed our issue" even though the battery was never the issue in the first place, and would not be compensating us. I WILL NOT be going back here ever. The customer service from the service manager was horrible, when she decided to even show up to work. It seems like she is never in store to address these issues. ‼‼‼ So I guess I need to break this down a little more for the owners sake. As far as the battery is concerned, we were never given a report of any sort stating the battery was damaged or dead. As far as the service maintenance goes, we requested it because we have a service WARRANTY, but we were charged anyway because your team is I guess not able to look that up without the service manager, which again, is never there. So our first visit was almost $400 for no reason and they refuse to compensate us for in any way even though we were wrongfully charged. As far as the fuel pump goes, considering nothing was even tested the first go around except the battery, I highly doubt that wasn't the problem to begin with. No codes were ran, no testing was done, or at least to our knowledge there wasn't. You guys are good at withholding paperwork and information so who knows ‍. Considering you replaced the battery, and we brought it home with the SAME issues. I almost guarantee it was the fuel pump to begin with. One of your techs, after coming back a second time, even told my husband that he wired the lights correctly and it wouldn't drain the battery. So someone was being lazy, saw the lights, and replaced the battery. Don't tell me they tested it. I know better. My husband has been a mechanic/technician for 10 years. I know how this works. I'm not going to keep wasting my breath except to tell people to NEVER do business with CC Powersports as they're VERY unprofessional and rude

My 2004 Suzuki Marauder VZ1600 stalled when I put it in 1st gear. I researched possible causes,…read morewhich included a bad side stand switch or bad hydraulic clutch safety switch. I cut the leads to the side stand switch and loope the ends together, but that didn't work. So, I called the Suzuki dealership in Middletown to make an appointment but the advisor said they didn't work on older bikes, just the newer ones. I was very disappointed to hear that! The advisor offered me a short list of possible shops in the area who would work on my bike. Of the four that I contacted via an online request for service, only Magnum Motorcycle Parts and Salvage responded, leaving me a message to "call the shop." I did and spoke with Leonard, the advisor/co-manager, who offered possible solutions to my issue, i.e., bad side stand switch, bad clutch safety switch, or stuck clutch plates! I took my bike to the shop on Friday morning in a rented U-Haul motorcycle trailer. The shop owner, Daniel, helped me unload the bike off the trailer. Daniel and Leonard were exceptionally helpful and said they'd get to it as soon as they could. The next day, Saturday, I got a call from Leonard and he advised me the bike was fixed. I couldn't believe it. I was expecting a long wait - weeks or longer. Leonard told me the clutch plates had stuck together (the oil acted like a glue) because the bike had sat in my garage over the Winter and most of Spring without being ridden. The service technician was able to separate the clutch plates, and he also welded the side stand wires back together. When I picked up my bike, I was thrilled when I started it and put it in gear and road it 20+ miles to my home. Daniel and Leonard were outstanding and very informative as to possible solutions. Excellent customer service and the tech did a great job identifying the actual problem with the clutch plates and then fixing my mistake, i.e., repairing the cut wires on my side stand switch. I would most highly recommend the Magnum Motorcycles for repairs. Their repair pricing was very reasonable, and they got to my bike quickly. The bike was fixed within a day after dropping it off. Now that's great customer service! Thank you Daniel and Leonard! You guys are awesome! Terry Prospect, KY
