Jimmy provides outstanding customer service! He's quick and very responsive with A LOT of patience.. (a few months ago, I placed a large order with Jimmy and had so many last minute changes. I was really embarrassed but he had so much patience with a positive vibe. As I kept apologizing for making more last moment changes to our design, he kept thanking me for trusting them). Unbelievable customer service! My wife needed 5 tshirts made for a girls team fishing competition in less than 24 hours. She brought in 5 specific performance fabric fishing shirts that she had purchased and they helped her with the design and placement. They accidentally applied one of the printings off center and went way, way above and beyond to fix it. This is why is makes sense to purchase the actual tees from Custom Baked instead of supplying your own, if there is a screw up, they have identical extras to remake. Custom Baked went out to 2 different store trying to find the exact same shirt replacement and were able to finish the job before my wife left for the eastern shore for the competition. I was browsing the web to look for custom polos to be made for my team (colleagues).I came across "Custom Baked Tee's" and saw that they had some creative designs and it seemed like a great place to purchase some Polos. Usually some places only offer crew necks but they had a wide variety of choices you could make so thats what caught my attention! Jimmy and staff were very helpful and amazing! I've gotten t- shirts/hoodies/jerseys and snap back hats made here before and let me tell you..the quality was soft and exactly how I wanted it each time. This place is the real deal. Quality is always what you look for when going to any custom shirt shop. Well, that and price lol. I've ordered from other places before and this is by far the best place to get custom printing done for shirts/hoodies/hats. They have a good selection of different material shirts and they do a good job helping you with creating graphics if you don't already have one planned. They also have the best prices in town. Placed an order October 9, 2017. Was told they would mail it to me free, but I agreed to pick it up in store to save time and save them money. The store is only about 30 minutes from my home. Showed up and the store wasn't open yet. Came back a few hours later and they had ordered the wrong shirts. Shirts were not even the same material that I ordered. They said they would re-order my shirts. Heard nothing from them and after two weeks I called the store multiple times to find out when I would get my shirts. Left voice mails and sent two emails but never received a call back or a reply email. Two more weeks passed with no word so I filed a claim with my bank for my money back. Three months later, I notice my account was re-charged for this transaction. I still have not received any product or contact from the company. Do not waste your time here. The store doesn't keep regular hours and you may never get your products. Just order online from Printful. Faster, cheaper, and you actually get what you order. This shop literally stole $330 from me. read more
