Will Grier (owner) and TshirtsRU.com are the reasons I love and hate Yelp…read more What I went looking for : a local Virginia Tshirt Printing shop with no minimum orders, a company who is capable of D2G Printing (Direct to Garment Printing) in Prince William County, a company with diverse print capabilities who also has the capability of sublimation printing on tshirts, sock, mugs, and golf balls in VA. What I found : Will Grier of TShirtsRU.com based out of Woodbridge, Virginia. What I also found was a man with nearly 2 decades of diverse printing experience whose focus isn't on the almighty dollar, but rather the customer, what the customer wants, and what will put a smile across their faces. Which is how I left Will's shop yesterday. Grin from ear to ear. It's rare that I find a company I'm willing to drool over online, but Will (and his amazing wife) do a phenomenal job, and while I'm hesitant about telling the world about this hidden gem of a growing print shop in Rippon Landing because I don't want there to be a line out the door (which will inevitably happen with customer service like Will's), I also think that this guy and his growing custom t-shirt print shop deserve all the lime light they can get. Therein lies my love / hate with Yelp reviews! (there better not be a line outside his shop next time I show up... kidding ;) But seriously. Will went out of his way to take on our last minute order. He tested the prints to find the style and coloring we liked (which was beyond what I could ask for), and when we were happy - but he wasn't - he kept at it until he produced some amazing products beyond what I'd hoped for. Expectations = Exceeded I'm excited to work with Will on upcoming projects. I wish more small businesses would realize how much customer service is worth. Now couple that with a great product and I wouldn't be surprised to see www.TShirtsRU.com run every other custom shirt print shop out of business. Serious other Print Shop Guys - watch your back! Will's shop is great for custom tshirts on cotton or polyester. He can print direct to garment or sublimate custom tshirts. All of his transactions are handled online, so you don't even have to show up to get your order taken care of. Pay - Print - Ship - Shirt. That easy. They're also capable of custom printed golf balls and custom printed mugs as well. They also do custom sublimation printed socks which turned out too cool. I'd recommend sports teams who want custom printed tshirts, companies who need custom team shirts, and anyone in between to hit up TShirtsRU.com

Before going in I felt a little embarrassed about asking them to embroider just two small things, but the people who helped me made me feel anything but embarrassed; they offered excellent suggestions and were just as attentive to detail and to me as I imagine they'd be for a whole sports team. I also assured them that while the anniversary was the next day, the last minuteness was totally my fault, and they absolutely didn't have to rush it just to make up for my procrastination. But! Not only did they finish the job in time -- they finished it the same day I came in, and gave me a courtesy call to let me know I could pick the aprons up. The aprons turned out fantastic, and my dad immediately put his on and couldn't wait to give the other one to his grandkid. I highly recommend these folks for their attention to detail, patience, kindness, efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work!
