SAVE TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO HERE!…read more Just got off the phone with manager. I told him that my husband stopped in the store last night and I believe he was overcharged. We don't go in here much because the prices are way too high. We usually go to the Sweet spot flame and if you would've just drove a little further Sweet spot from 7 to 9 was having their 40% off. He would've got them for $12 at $20 retail price this place for the same pack of Gummies charge my husband $30 a pack plus $3.50 to use his debit card. It cost him $70 out the door for something that would've cost $24 out the door at the Sweet spot pictures attached. I asked if we could bring them back as that is a complete rip off and we did not touch or open them. He told me no. Do not go here. My husband will be on to leave his own review. This is insane. We looked at his charge this morning like what. No help from management except Yep that's our prices. We don't care for ripping you off we won't take it back thanks cannabis is supposed to be happy. This place made me upset not a cool vibes so Off.

When I asked him directly why I was banned in the first place for simply trying to resolve an issue with an empty $75 cartridge, he refused to give me an answer and hung up on me. Reaching out just to offer empty lip service and then hanging up when asked a basic, legitimate question is remarkably rude and unprofessional. It completely confirms that management has zero interest in accountability, professionalism, or actual customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs!

I love that it's not just a bunch of stoners running the counter. Everyone who has helped me through the years offers knowledgeable info on non flower products. I like bath bombs, tinctures, gummies and lotion. I have chronic pain and rely on these products to help manage symptoms. I'm very happy with the information I received tonight.

This place is absolutely the worse dispensary I've ever shopped at. The managers are not…read moreprofessional. They don't know how to stagger their employees breaks to accommodate scheduled deliveries. Their staff is rude about everything under the sun form questions regarding orders to just straight up lying about who's doing what. Avoid this location at all costs. If you got money to burn spend it else where. Brittany is a lazy worker. I understand not knowing a hotels specific lay out or map of the rooms but don't be rude because of your own ignorance. The manager Diego I believe is just as bad. This place needs to do a revamp of its employees and management. I've ran dispensaries and although it's hard work at times unprofessionalism and rudeness isn't something you should experience at a dispensary. It's weed. Smoke a joint and lose the attitude or just get a new job! Bums! Also would like to add that one of my jars had been opened. The seal was broke but upon delivery I wasn't able to check my products due to Brittany's attitude. I'll be contacting the BBB and other resources to report this place. Not only am I unsure if the items I have received have been tampered with but I haven't to throw it away because I don't know what these people may have done to it out of reaction for being held accountable. The Gas Station's appeal begins the moment you walk up to its entirely fun and charming entrance. Once inside you're greeted by friendly staff who quickly work to digitally upload your pertinent info. Super fast and super easy. Then you're OFF-- off to peruse a plethora of cannabis and CBD goodnesses. From savory edibles and tasty bevvies to healing tinctures and smoker's delights, the Gas Station is full-service and does NOT disappoint. What's more is their staff is ON POINT! I was fortunate to have received thoughtful assistance from station staffer, William who carefully walked me through several options based on my preferred indulgences of chillaxing edibles and serene sleep aids (both of which I've now consumed and can attest hit ALL THE SPOTS). As a novice of sorts, William was patient and attentive while also suggesting some products I may benefit from that I hadn't any knowledge of before visiting. He even recommended an excellent CBD THC cream for my partner who just had his knee replaced and let me tell you-- shizz was wayyyyyy better than tossing back a few ibuprofen. In the next week we'll be paying another visit to the Gas Station for needed refills and hopefully acquiring some additional new hemp based gems! Also a final rec- something cool to check out is their local area homage collage and groovy decor. It's just an all-around treat to experience!
