Recently, I purchased a product that malfunctioned and made me feel unwell. When I requested a refund, I was informed that store policy prevents refunds for this type of product, as the store "can't take the loss." While I understand policies are in place for a reason, I believe customer service and loyalty should weigh heavily in these situations.
