I bought…read morea lost Mary vape for $27 on a Friday night at 3 in the morning after getting off work late. It's my first vape since 9 months of quitting, so I knew the exact brand and vape I wanted when I got there... I had no issues with my purchase, I just noticed that my vape wasn't hitting 100% and that there were issues charging... I knew I had already left the shop so I couldn't really exchange it and didn't care enough to go back Saturday morning/sunday... that was until Monday evening, I went to take a hit... and it just stops working? It says it is at 0% charge (full juice) and just will not work. I've tried charging it, sticking a toothpick into the mouth piece-- everything I know in the past to have worked in a similar situation but this vape will just not prevail... so I'm like hm I wonder if I can go back and just ask for a discount at least? I'm a first time customer and I'm not gonna be rude especially since I work in the customer service industry as well... I go and they tell me obviously what I knew they would, you can't exchange it and I'm like okay well what about a discount... the lady who was not helping me tells me she will do a 10% discount and I'm like omg great! Let's do this thing! I proceed to checkout where they tell me the total is $29 AFTER the discount... I'm sorry what? I then obviously explain and SHOW the bank statement where it says $27... the lady I guess seems to think I'm lying and claims that I need to come when the guy who helped me is working, how she apparently doesn't know if I stole it and I'm trying to get another one, and honestly not even sure if I heard her right but I think she said something about me being underaged as I literally had my ID in my hand... I told her we could simply fix this issue by reviewing the cameras 3 days prior to the Friday night, I told her the exact time I went and she refused to show me the surveillance... I'm at this point just frustrated and feel like they think I'm conniving just for a vape, I decided it wasn't worth it and that I just would leave a review... well when I went back to ask for the lady's name she refused and told me she was the owner... if the same 'owner' who is treating any paying customer-- especially a first time customer-- like how I was treated today, then I feel bad for anyone who walks in these doors. Genuinely wasn't looking for anything free, I had just moved and didn't know smoke shops in my area open at the time since it was 3, any owner who can't give their name is very suspicious. I will not be returning and would not recommend
