Steve took the time to chat with me about his experience with that particular amp and that it was notorious for failing because of the structure of it and the positioning in the wheel well that caused a lot of shock to the unit. He went on to tell me where I could find an upgraded model of the amp and that he would be happy to help me out if I ran into any problems installing it. I was able to get a replacement amp and after installing it, have an audio system that sounds as good as new. He could have very easily told me he couldn't help me, but instead took the time to talk to me about how I could go about getting my problem fixed. Even though I didn't need any work done in this case, I will not hesitate to take my next job to Steve to work on when the need arises.

Colton was super cool and helped deliver these to my car for an epic surprise. These speakers rock! The sound is second to none and you owe it to yourself to swing by and listen to them. I was running into trouble with my amp, turntables, and mixer and didn't feel like my set up was pushing these to their potential. Steve sent Colton and Dan up and they hooked it up. They brought up a brand new amp, went over all my equipment and got my set up dialed in. Highly recommended. Screens are pricey but cheaper here than through Apple. My total for a new screen was $230 on an iPhone Xs Max. I waited at the store for ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours only to be told that they installed the wrong screen and I need to leave me phone until Monday so they could install the correct screen. I said absolutely not, and they told me they cannot let me leave with the screen they installed. I said fine, and they were supposed to put back my old cracked one. For whatever reason, they did not put back the old one and I was told to come back first thing Monday (i.e. today). I turned my phone on, and it was missing the S Pen, it said NO SIM - Emergency call only, and it immediately overheated and turned off. I called the store from my husband's phone and was told to leave it off for a bit and the issues would resolve - that it was just because it had been heated up to remove the screen. I left it off for another 2 1/2 hours and still had the same issues. I called again and was told again to come back Monday (today). I came back in first thing this morning and was told it would be 4hours. It has now been 4 1/2 hours. I called and they said it will be another hour. I showed up 1 hr and 20 minutes later to be told the exact same thing - - "We are running diagnostics." I did not get my phone back for another hour and a half. For anyone not wanting to add this up . . . Saturday I was told 2-3 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours to get a BROKEN PHONE back that was not broken beyond an AESTHETIC crack on the screen when I dropped it off. On Monday, my second visit, I was told 4 hours, and it took 7 1/2 hours. While waiting for my phone I got to chat with 8 other customers who had similar OR WORSE stories about this place and their experience. This is completely ridiculous nonsense and the absolute worst business you can go to in my opinion. They give you BS explanations and time frames and don't give a f*** how long they take or if they RUIN your device. I cannot believe any companies (Verizon, Xfinity, Asurion, Verify, etc.) are willing to pay/partner with this business for insurance and warranty claims as, from my experience and in my opinion, this shop is a huge liability. My only piece of advice is to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ** Also, be weary of any 5 star reviews - - based on my experience and what I witnessed with over a dozen other customers today, those reviews are likely not legit.

The screen was dark and colors very muted, it had a pressure spot, and it wasn't very responsive. I called, he said that's just how it is. I later broke it, and was actually grateful I'd get a new screen. I went elsewhere, they used an actual apple screen, it was great. They also informed me that it was missing screws and clips inside from the previous screen replacement (Czar). I am not thrilled.
