The annual fee was approximately $175, and while I could have changed emails to a free service I continued with Frii because I didn't want to deal with updating every account and friend who had my email. In any case, I lost connection with email on my iPhone a week ago and two days ago lost connection on my laptop. No one answers the phone and support tickets (three) have gone unanswered. Apparently they've gone out of business with no heads up to customers. While this post is pissing in the wind at this point, there is no service or comms in any case, it's the only outlet I have to sound off. Another business on one of our social media groups recommended Acme Digital Marketing. Full disclosure here, their fees were a bit more than we wanted to pay but they provided us with an in-depth SEO proposal with a video they made just for us that walked us through everything in a way we could understand. So, we crossed our fingers and hired them for monthly SEO management. Best decision we ever made.
