Very sloppy and careless and not at all what a signature experience with a long shipped delay should entail. They are Kohler and sell Kohler exclusively so it's really unacceptable. Also this is the first Kohler toilet we ever purchased that didn't include a seat for the package/price. Frustrating that a storefront would make this kind of hassle when online everything is destroying any physical locations. Whats the point of a salesperson or Kohler expert if the customer has to carefully triple check everything so you don't need to run around in a panic finding a seat so you don't fall into your new bowl... Had we ordered elsewhere everything would have gone better and cheaper and we wouldn't be bowl seat hunting on our one day off.

It was able to identify my design preferences by showing different living rooms and asking which ones were to my liking. In addition, its questions served as a great preparation for the home visit, so Stephanie came well prepared for our meeting. Stephanie was very creative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. I get nothing but compliments about my place (even from my Architect friend who is quite stingy with design related complements...). Well done Stephanie! As to the cost-effectiveness of the service - had I done this process myself (even with friends help), I would have surely spent more time, more money, getting worse results. We bought chairs seeing the beautiful chairs that they look. We have had our salon for 35 years and have had the same chairs this entire time, and we're finally going to upgrade! Now, we understand belvedeer quality is something gamma and BROSS can NOT live up to. We had a guest sit in our new chairs and feel uncomfortable so much so she asked to sit in our old ones. Not to mention our chairs were delivered with no instructions THIS should have been my first clue. After speaking with them we put a few chairs together and had to open the "original packaging".. after all we're a salon not a warehouse and couldn't leave the original packaging in our parking lot. It has been raining so no matter what it's a loose loose situation. There is nothing they will do for us and we have to keep these expensive low quality chairs.
