Our steaks came out after about 15 minutes, followed by our asparagus. I thought the timing was perfect. Our steaks had a deep char, but managed to be cooked to our liking. We were pleased with the meat. It was very flavorful. The asparagus spears were quite thick, and I was worried they might be woody, but most were tender even at the base. We saved room for dessert and we're really happy with the lemon cake. We also had some caramelized peaches with ice cream and whipped cream. We enjoyed our dinner very much, and look forward to sampling some of the other menu items.
