I met up with a friend from church at Cava on a Tuesday night. This was my first visit. We hopped in line to create our Mediterranean bowl. I started with a little white rice then added grilled chicken and steak. Then I chose my vegetables which included tomato, cucumber, lettuce and Kalamata olives (my fav). I got three dips which included feta and red pepper hummus. I don't remember the third one LOL. I topped it with the yogurt dressing which I was told was a fan favorite. In general I liked the bowl. Some of the steak pieces had fatty gristle which I couldn't eat. Next time I won't add steak, only chicken. The chicken was warm and tasty. I would prefer to have my base lettuce instead of rice. Next time I will ask if that's possible. I'm not a huge rice fan. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. They had two seating areas inside as well as some patio seating for warmer weather. read more

I chose a steak and chicken bowl. It was packed with vegetables and dips. I had it with the Tzatziki dressing. It was awesome! My daughter had a wrap. Whew, it was huge! The dining room had enough tables for the large crowd that was there. It's a pretty modern setup with a fountain soda with in-house made sodas and drinks. I love making my own falafel bowls at Cava! Always a healthy, filling, and flavorful meal! I usually opt for arugula, lentils, falafel, corn, tomatoes, cucs, and extra pickles +\- some sauces (yeah sauce = extra calories, but who can resist that garlic sauce?!?!?!) Love the order ahead drive thru pickup only line, or ordering in & dining in is fine too. Despite sharing a parking lot with chickfila I never have a problem getting in and out quickly. We love a good cava bowl and this location always gives great portions. I like the assembly line style foods so you can customize it as much as you want. Black-American Woman Food is FRESH. There are choices that allow you to make a salad, rice bowl, or pita wrap. The protein choices are both vegan and meat. There are PLENTY sides, dips, and sauces to get a full entree. $20 will be spent well. My FAV proteins are the braised lamb, spicy lamb meatball, black lentils or grilled chicken. My FAV side is fiery broccoli, feta, black olives, corn, pickled onions, and red cabbage. My GO-TO sauce is the lemon tahini (probably misspelled). The dips I always get the hummus and tatzki (probably misspelled) but there are like 8 to choose from. Service - there's none. Going to Cava's is overwhelming especially if it's your first time. There isn't a guided experience. The servers expect you to know everything. It feels like if you're not a part of Cava then you're apart from Cava. Ambience - minimalist nothing fancy, the restaurant also has a distinct smell that isn't necessarILY pleasant. It's indicative of the Mediterranean mixture that is going on and non American cooked meat, French fries or baked cookies you would normally SMELL. read more

I really like Cava, I really do. Healthy, well flavored and customizable, plus you can get it as a wrap or a bowl, with the same flavors. The added wrap gives you a really big burrito looking sandwich, which is enough fir two people. Fast service and friendly workers. Only thing is that at the utensils, the fork container was filled with a mysterious liquid (probably water) that had like stuff in it. And all the forks were tine side down so that was kind of nasty. However, when we alerted the workers, they put new forks out in a new area. But I didnt see them clear out the wet one or at least throw those forks away so hopefully no one ate from those. read more

My daughter had never been, so she was excited to try the various dips, topping, proteins, and of course the pita chips. First time going and I loved it. I think the best way i'd describe it is a healthier version of chipotle for the same price. So cut chipotle out entirely and go here! Food tasted amazing. I'm typically in at least once a week and really feel cared for by all of the staff, especially Trace, Elena, Priscilla, Miles, Leila and Jason. I have some dietary limitations and they go out of their way to ensure my food is prepared safely, and I greatly appreciate it. I feel very fortunate to have Cava close by and specifically for this group of individuals who are now like good friends. Can't forget the food--delicious and fresh. We have come to love Cava. I really enjoy the spicy chicken and also the lamb meatballs. I really like their fixings and the options to make your dish unique and dial it in to your taste. The serving staff is knowledgeable and well trained. The restaurant itself has a clean cut design feels like a little more sophisticated chipotle. I came here for lunch with the family one Saturday afternoon. It was challenging to enter the parking lot with the Chick-fil-A and lunch crowds but we found an empty space. Inside there was a line and it moved slowly, but it gave me time to look over the menu to determine what I wanted to order. I chose the lemon chicken bowl, since that was their newest item. They made sure to make it according to their little recipe card that they held with the bowl while making it. For the bowl and the drink it was $14. They have a nice Florida room attached to the dining room and outdoor seating. There was music and A/c in the Florida room, which made for a soothing atmosphere. Just left Cava. I got rice and chicken on my bowl. That's it and the side of chips that cost Me $16. I don't know why it was so expensive. But I did not like that. They taxed Me for rice and chicken and five things of chips would love if they were more helpful. If they were better communicating. They were also very slow. We're out of a few things.
