I love the many choices at Cava. A counter service restaurant with Mediterranean food in mind. Cava offers many options to create a healthy fresh meal. I dined with a little and my daughter. I chose a steak and chicken bowl. It was packed with vegetables and dips. I had it with the Tzatziki dressing. It was awesome! My daughter had a wrap. Whew, it was huge! The dining room had enough tables for the large crowd that was there. It's a pretty modern setup with a fountain soda with in-house made sodas and drinks. The blueberry soda was refreshing.

I love making my own falafel bowls at Cava! Always a healthy, filling, and flavorful meal! I usually opt for arugula, lentils, falafel, corn, tomatoes, cucs, and extra pickles +\- some sauces (yeah sauce = extra calories, but who can resist that garlic sauce?!?!?!) Love the order ahead drive thru pickup only line, or ordering in & dining in is fine too. Despite sharing a parking lot with chickfila I never have a problem getting in and out quickly. Man writing this review makes me think I need to get cava tomorrow lol

2/13/24. Just stopped in with daughter and grand daughter and the food was still very good and fresh though not very busy for dinner hour.... Forgot to take pic of my delicious bowl...

Black-American Woman Food is FRESH. There are choices that allow you to make a salad, rice bowl, or pita wrap. The protein choices are both vegan and meat. There are PLENTY sides, dips, and sauces to get a full entree. $20 will be spent well. My FAV proteins are the braised lamb, spicy lamb meatball, black lentils or grilled chicken. My FAV side is fiery broccoli, feta, black olives, corn, pickled onions, and red cabbage. My GO-TO sauce is the lemon tahini (probably misspelled). The dips I always get the hummus and tatzki (probably misspelled) but there are like 8 to choose from. Service - there's none. Going to Cava's is overwhelming especially if it's your first time. There isn't a guided experience. The servers expect you to know everything. It feels like if you're not a part of Cava then you're apart from Cava. Ambience - minimalist nothing fancy, the restaurant also has a distinct smell that isn't necessarILY pleasant. It's indicative of the Mediterranean mixture that is going on and non American cooked meat, French fries or baked cookies you would normally SMELL.

I really like Cava, I really do. Healthy, well flavored and customizable, plus you can get it as a wrap or a bowl, with the same flavors. The added wrap gives you a really big burrito looking sandwich, which is enough fir two people. I have not ventured far into the menu, I most stick with the lemon chicken, but if I get adventurous, I will update my review.

Fast service and friendly workers. Only thing is that at the utensils, the fork container was filled with a mysterious liquid (probably water) that had like stuff in it. And all the forks were tine side down so that was kind of nasty. However, when we alerted the workers, they put new forks out in a new area. But I didnt see them clear out the wet one or at least throw those forks away so hopefully no one ate from those.

As always Cava is the go to spot. The food is amazing and fresh. No matter which location you go to the service is always great. This is a build your own bowl so you can pick and choose what you want. I got brown rice, spicy chicken, pickles, corn and more !! Must try if you get a chance

Love, love, love me some Cava. Make your own bowl or Pita, or choose one of their suggested mixtures. You can't go wrong either way. My daughter had never been, so she was excited to try the various dips, topping, proteins, and of course the pita chips. I love their Harissa Chicken, lamb meatballs, and their falafel is very good too. The ability to pretty much make it as individual as you want is great. I love their interesting selection of beverages too. The pineapple mint is one of my favorites.

Cava is really tasty! I love you can customize it as much as you want and so many fresh options! Think Chipotle where you walk down the line telling them what you what in your bowl or wrap, they also have set bowls you can just order too! The thing that stands out is how flavorful and yummy everything is! The braised lamb delicious! The honey chicken delicious! The date vinaigrette delicious! lol yea everything I have tried from here I've really liked! Fresh fast food!

The goal is to try every item on their menu. It's Mediterranean (Turkish) cuisine folks, which I call "guilt free, healthy eats". What to try you may ask. If you are striving for that "Olive Garden Salad + Bread combo"... let me suggest Kofta's version which is the Coban Salad and Puffy Bread. They're not offered as an all you can eat combo, but it should keep you filled between the two. - Coban Salad (5/5): A must try, soooo delicious. Fresh ingredients. The dressing, I could drink them in shot glasses. - Puffy Bread (5/5): It's made to order. Comes out nice and hot and puffy. Plenty to share with others. - From the Grill menu. Kofta Plate, Chicken Shish, Adana Plate are all good choices (5/5) - Sandwiches/Wraps: Their Doner Wrap was just okay to me (4/5) Service (5/5): no complaints here Pricing (5/5): Best value when you eat during Lunch. But Dinner items are not too pricey. Lastly, Buffets are also offered...on Sundays I believe. I haven't tried it yet but it definitely gives me a great reason to come back to Kofta.

The menu was extensive, plus they sometimes have off menu specials like fish. We ordered the adana lamb and adana chicken, as well as the mixed appetizer plate and calamari. It was way too much food for two of us, but it was all delicious. The meat was a little bit salty, but it was balanced out by the rice and other vegetables on the plate. The mixed appetizers were delicious. I don't think I would order the calamari again. Overall, great Turkish cuisine, owned by Turkish couple who moved to the United States a few years ago.

We weren't drinking alcohol, but they do have a really interesting mocktail called the burano which offers a mix of multiple citrus juices along with citrus ice cubes - it was delicious. I came in as a solo diner and was seated quickly, although my table was kind of nestled underneath the high outdoor bar. That meant hearing some of the bartender's phone conversations. I ordered a glass of Lebanese rose wine and liked it! But my meal wasn't impressive. The vegetarian grape leaves (one of my favorite dishes, generally) were OK, although several were split up on my plate (but hey, it happens). I thought the flavor was underwhelming; there was a lot of acidity but nothing else. I also ordered a side of "extra crispy seasoned potato fries" which just turned out to be generic crinkle fries with salt. Definitely wouldn't order those again. I thought maybe there would be some sort of twist on them? The big frustration was service. The restaurant was far from full when I went -- I counted maybe a dozen seated tables. After I finished eating, I spent more than 30 minutes trying to get my waiter's attention to get my check even as I sat with my plates pushed away, glasses empty, and credit card out. He walked by multiple times to wait on and check with other tables, and I saw at least five other employees working in the front of house and walking by me. Even when I got his attention for the check, it took quite a few minutes to get it, despite him walking out to other tables. (Although I will note he seemed busier than the other employees!) My check before tip came to $24, which felt on the pricey side for what I got. I hope I'm wrong, but I got the vibe that I wasn't exactly their favorite type of guest -- a solo diner who wasn't smoking hookah. (I noticed another solo non-smoker go similarly unnoticed by staff.) Maybe they heavily favor regulars, too. But they weren't at capacity, and I'd have gotten out quicker had I been able to pay. Maybe it was just an off night. But it's just not a great feeling to be ignored.

And yes, my wife really liked the hummus. I ordered the Shawarma Platter with Lamb for my entree. Normally I wait til the end of a review to shout a server but I'll throw that part in here. Not only was Victoria delightful but she REALLY saved me from mistakes I was going to make in picking sides. I was trying to go as plain as possible with my sides and she really steered my towards Baba Ganoush. Again, this was my first time ever trying it. Listen to Victoria. Order the things she tells you to order. It was great! The lamb itself was great but honestly, I expected it to be. I was more taken with the fact that everything worked together so well given I'd never tried a whole side dish before. On her own accord, my wife tried something entirely new to her as well. She ordered Musakhan Wraps. She loved how tangy the meat was even though she wasn't expecting it and she liked the texture a lot. The wrap dough was flaky and great. She got to pick one side so she chose more hummus because that's what brought us to the dance this evening. This was a GREAT first visit to Casbah. I totally get why we've heard such great things.
