I want to preface this by saying if this restaurant was actually run correctly, it would be fabulous. But sadly it is not. They are ALWAYS out of something essential for their bowls, the employees are always talking amongst themselves right behind the counter and paying no attention to customers, and they obviously are never trained on portions since everytime I've been there I either get exactly what I paid for or FAR less. For the prices I am paying at this restaurant the employees should be well trained and there should rarely be anything essential missing. This place is a joke. read more

I've been coming to Cava for a little over a year now and I really enjoy the food. Today for some reason the people working there were very rude. It started when I asked her for double portions of meat which I paid for, but she only gave me the regular portion. When I got to the counter to pay for my food, the customer before me who had already walked away, circled back and started talking and took the conversation away from me when I was talking about the meal that I was about to buy. Next, they asked me did I want something to drink and I said yes, but the ginger drink that I buy is not out on the shelf. I told them that I wanted two ginger drinks. After I had left and got very far away, I opened my bag and started drinking out of the bottle to realize that they gave me two root beers intentionally. I really did not like this experience today. Their energy was negative and I feel like they did all of this intentionally. This was the cava in Cumming Georgia in the collection shopping center. read more

It's the second time I go. On the first occasion I was at the North Point location, and the service was very good, the portions reasonable, the place clean and quiet, as well as good vegetarian options; However, the second time I was at Cumming's location, and the experience was completely different. Neither the attention, nor the portions, nor the quality of food, nor cleanliness were anything similar to the previous visit. read more

What did I just eat? Certainly not falafel! That was a mushy, gummy ball of goo. Couldn't even wash it down with a soda because whatever I had in my cup was flat and watery. I was excited to try this place but I can now cross it off of my list and I will not be going back. read more

Ordered the lentil avocado bowl. The bowl did not have lentils and the bowl did not have avocado. The person making the bowl did not bother to tell us that. We also ordered another bowl with rice and the rice were very very hard to eat. Unfortunately had to throw the bowl away or it would have broken someone's jaw. The staff was rude and seems like they did not want to be there. I tried to go and talk to them about the issue but they just acted busy and did not care to listen. We are staying in a hotel near this restaurant. I wanted something quick to eat and decided to try CAVA. Since we were having dinner later, I ordered the kids chicken pita with tzatziki fest and lettuce. It was just the right amount of food. It was really good. The service was great. I asked if the harissa chicken was spicy so she gave me a sample. It was spicier than I wanted but had good flavor and probably would be fine on the pita. If I am around CAVA again I will definitely eat there. read more

Great fresh food. Staff was friendly. Dining rooM was not very clean, but overall a good experience.

Today was my first visit to Cava. It won't be my last. I chose the Crispy Falafel. While it wasn't crispy, it was delicious. The cabbage slaw gave it a nice crunch and the tomato salad they put on was so fresh it "popped" (figuratively speaking). I look forward to returning to try out the other pitas as they looked good as well. It was just so long since I had falafel that I had to start there. read more

Nope. Food was barely ok. My 4 small pieces of lamb meatballs were undercooked and mushy. Service was slow, they're a bunch of kids. Portions are small. They don't sell regular coke or Pepsi products. Tons of sugary juices and 'Mexicane' drinks. The one diet option was out of order. We had to ask for a refund for our $2.73 drink purchase. If you're ok with 90% of your meal being a cheap piece of pita, this is your place. If you want a quality salad...don't waste a meal on this place. BRING BACK ZOES!!!!! Now we're heading home to eat because we're hungry. read more

First of all when I took my pita out of the bag it had not been wrapped correctly and took a spill leaving a huge mess all over me and inside my car. I wrote this off as an honest mistake and went ahead and ate it... there was so much sauce it was literally swimming in sauce so much that you had to struggle to eat it... it was basically just slop. What a disappointment and a huge waste of $12. When I went back by my house because I had to change clothes from the exploding pita I contacted corporate and told them I want a refund. The falafel was just mush, and everything else was just drowned in sauce. Terrible place. Sorry to see Zoe's Kitchen turn into this bush league establishment... at this rate they won't be around too much longer. read more

This place is spectacular! If you're looking for delicious, satisfying, and affordable food that's also macro-friendly with a lot of options for vegan and vegetarian eaters, this is the place. This location in particular has amazing service and some of the best workers I've seen in foodservice. As a regular, I've gotten to know most of the people who work here and they're the friendliest and most interesting people I've met while ordering my food. Quite possible the worst cava I have been to. They are always out of multiple items and do not replenish them. The portions are so skimpy it makes chipotle look like a buffet. The staff is also incredibly slow when it comes to taking orders. Would not recommend do your self a favor and get a chipotle bowl read more

I'm obsessed with this place. It's the perfect Uber eats fare for work from home days. I love the lentil bowl with falafel but the salads are out of this world. A bit expensive, but the portions are quite large and the ingredients are so fresh! read more

Today was the second time to order from Cava, since their opening. The first visit, my husband and I dined in and were not impressed with the quality of the food, as the grilled chicken was fatty and poor quality in our dishes. Today, we ordered "take out". The portion size was ridiculously small and once again, the chicken was terrible! Very skimpy amount of food for the cost of the items and both my husband and I were still hungry after eating. In our opinion, Zoe's Kitchen was better quality, better tasting food, with more variety offered. On a positive note, we did enjoy the dressings we tried at Cava (lemon tahini vinaigrette, dill tzatziki & Greek vinaigrette).
