Can't leave a review about the food, because I wasn't able to get any. Waited in line for over 15 minutes without moving (there was 1 person ahead of me). While standing there waiting to be helped all I could hear was the two (what I assumed to be managers) complaining about the people working the line and degrading them. I'd highly suggest some leadership training for your employees. The line where the food is kept was a complete mess and several items were completely empty. I didn't walk out because of the wait, I walked out because I will not support a company that thinks it's acceptable to treat their employees that way. Do better! read more

Food is always fantastic, but the costumer service is almost always awful when I'm ordering.

never has food available. Always starts closing early. do not come in after 9. can't even get drinks before they close. read more

Actual joke of an experience. Out of a lot of stuff and then find out after taking my to-go order home that they didn't even cook the lentils they served. Mouth fulls of hard, super crunchy uncooked lentils. Do they know they're supposed to be cooked? Won't be coming back. read more

Great service from the team! They were knowledgeable about the menu and made my first visit a great.

The customer service at this location is the worst. The staff is all children who seemed to need to be supervised by a manager. I saw 7 different staff members talking to each other and only allowing one of there team run the line. There are about 6 people waiting to be fed and this poor girl was doing everything on her own. For it being almost dinner you would think they would've been prepared for the rush but what was I thinking, of course not after all I had seen. One of the customers asked if the a lemon dressing was the best- the girl at the line had to ask someone who then stated "i don't know why are you asking me". I was appalled by the entire atmosphere and will probably never go back to this location again. read more

Excellent food. I ate here 3-4 times in the last few weeks. The meals had so much fresh flavor! Cava uses real ingredients like black lentils and awesome greens! The Harissa Chicken is my favorite. I like that you can order online and pickup, deliver or carry out. I love that this is my answer to fast food. I could probably live on Cava but I should probably try something different from the menu. I did the Build Your Own Bowl but honestly ended up the same as their Harissa Chicken Bowl. Great drinks. They have the yummy lemonades. read more

The food is always fresh, and we love all the dye free drinks...options are so good. Love having a chill place to bring the family that is still super healthy. Ariel was so helpful and friendly - excellent service every time we come! read more

Love this Cava and their sweet staff. Thank you Emma for taking such great care of your guests.

First visit and loved it! Quality of food was good, restaurant was clean and staff was super efficient. I could tell that they were new since they had to use "instruction card" to make the bowls but that was much better than just getting lost while making my bowl! They were nice and helpful to an older couple in front of me asking many questions. Much upscale of Chipotle? Salad was fresh and I loved the pickled onions and hummus. The only minus was the falafels that my daughter had in her salad. It was very salty... other than that we loved every bite! Will certainly go back. read more

CAVA - Lemon Chicken - Salad Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

This is our go to when we want to go out for a healthy quick meal! Delicious food. Loving their balsamic date chicken bowls!!

food is good when they have it. I order the splendid greens for my base. this is the second visit when they are out. the time of both visits were early afternoon - basically lunch. Poor management if you cannot properly order food supplies. read more

Cummings Cava location is one of the best locations for great food and wonderful service. I appreciate your staff and wonderful managers.

Great spot for a quick meal. You can be as healthy or unhealthy as you choose. The flavors and variety makes this place our go to for lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the in-house fresh juices and teas read more

Cava is so good! I kept hearing great things about this place, but just now went, because Mediterranean food is not my favorite cuisine. Well, Cava might have changed my mind. I dined here for lunch last week and this place was popping! Even though the line was long, I got served pretty fast! I wanted to try their pita bread, so I ordered the create your own pita. I added grilled chicken, romaine, cabbage, tomato, onions, corn, and pita chips. They also spread hummus on the entire inside of the pita. Yum! I got the garlic dressing on the side. This place is not cheap by any means, but I have to say that I was impressed with the portion size and ingredient quality. My pita was huge, filled to the brim with fresh ingredients, and tasted great! I ate my lunch so fast, because it was that good! I am already planning my next trip here! read more

The food was delicious, I enjoyed the costumer service. I will be eating here whenever I get a chance. Overall a good experience!

Pros: Hours of Operation. Hard to find something opened past 9 in the area, so yay! Whenever I was in Sandy Springs, I would go to Cava, and they haven't been open that long there. I was stoked when I found out Cava was opening at the collection in Cumming. We went a couple of times, but last night was a real bummer. Shame on this location. With over 2 hours still before closing, they had hardly any ingredients available. No pita crisps for example. That requires zero prep. How are you so lazy to refill something when you have still TWO whole hours to go! Sauces. Cava specializes in different sauces. Except, when at this location it seems. Only tahini cesar and shkug was offered. What are you doing at this location, people? I hope they get their act together. I immediately began to miss Zoes! Location: The collection, close to Mellow Mushroom. Average price for one person: less than $15 Options: Salads, Bowls, Wraps... Seating: Plenty Inside read more

In all fairness, if there was a rating below a 1 star that's what this restaurant should get. The staff are extremely rude, I've seen all the other reviews, the person responding to reviews offers to help but those have been months past and the service has yet to change. I know there's someone corporate sitting in a chair responding to reviews trying to make people feel better about their experience, but the problem is nothing ever changes and no one fixes the problem. The service is beyond the rudest I have ever experienced in any restaurant and the environment is very very unwelcoming. I went in for an order and the portion sizes they scoop are off of a kitchen spoon and the server gave me half a spoon, mind you that's 3 tomatoes IN A BOWL. I'm paying 18$ for a bowl of food that isn't even remotely half full. The register had an issue this same day and the person checking me out tried to blame me when I could clearly read it was a machine error, on a separate occasion I wanted white rice and chicken, but they are always OUT OF EVERYTHING. I offered to wait and the server said NO in the rudest tone I have ever heard. I have seen all kinds of service in the many restaurants I have been to and this is by a long shot the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand running a restaurant is not easy but it also isn't hard to just be nice and friendly and respectful to your customers. I think this entire staff should be rid of this place or the entire restaurant should just simply be shut down. If it's that difficult to hire nice kind staff members your restaurant should simply be shut down. As far as the food, the rice is ALWAYS under cooked, the chicken is ALWAYS fatty and clumped together. I'm not the type to complain but this place is absolutely the worst restaurant to eat at and I would simply steer clear of ever eating at this location! As far as the person responding to these, I have an idea for you, how about instead of just mindlessly responding from behind a computer screen you start implementing things in the restaurant to actually make your customer( who pays your salary) feel welcomed and appreciated! It goes a long way! read more

CAVA is the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. It's a fast-casual, build-a-bowl restaurant that focuses on fresh food and great flavor. You begin by choosing between a bowl or a pita. Once you choose, you pick your base (grains or greens -- and there's several of each to choose from!). You can then choose up to three dips, my favorites so far are tzatziki, hummus, and harissa. Next you choose your protein. They offer two types of chicken, two types of meatballs, lamb, falafel, roasted veggies, or white sweet potato. I love that they offer more than one vegetarian option! Plus, you can mix and match proteins, so I ordered Harissa Honey Chicken and Roasted Vegetables for my bowl. After the protein, you can to choose endless toppings, like feta cheese, onions, corn, avocado, the list goes on. Lastly, you top off your dish with a sauce, which again, there's plenty to choose from! If you don't want to BYO, they also have chef's specials to choose from that are already customized for you (I recommend the Harissa Avocado Bowl!). The food is so delicious and so fresh. I would eat here just about everyday if I could. They also have delicious teas and juices, as well as craft sodas. I am ecstatic that CAVA opened in Cumming, it will definitely be a spot I will be at often! read more

Well I'm honored to be the first to review this place. If Chipotle had a Greek cousin who's whole goal in life was to one-up everything they did, it would be Cava. I got the basmati rice bowl with the lamb meatballs and chicken and it was amazing!! I couldn't believe this was opening day with how busy it was and how smooth everything flowed!!! The toppings you can get are amazing, as are the sauces. Their soda fountain was really cool also in the fact that they didn't have Pepsi or Coke products, but their own!!! Their Mexican cola is amazing! The chicken was tender, and the meatballs had an amazing flavor. I would have been happy with just a bowl of them and a side of their tzatziki sauce (which is amazing by the way). For anybody who might have trouble finding it at first (like I did!) they are in the same storefront that Zoe's kitchen used to be in. I was sad to see Zoe's kitchen go, but now that I know what is there I'm not disappointed anymore!!! read more

I was shocked to read that Zoe's Kitchen is now closed and replaced by CAVA. Cava is touted as a "Mediterranean Chipotle" restaurant that offer salads and pitas. For my first order I decided on Greens and Grains Salad option with base of Splendid Greens and Saffron White Rice adding falafel and grilled meatballs. I picked three dips: Crazy Feta, Roasted Eggplant Dip, Tzatziki sauce and topped that with Pita Crisps, Crumbled Feta, Lentil Tabbouleh, and Tomato & Onion. The two dressings were Lemon Herb Tahini and Skhug, which reminds me of Chimichurri sauce. THIS WAS THE BEST SALAD I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Burst of fresh flavors! I wish I had ordered a second bowl as it was that good!!!! The salad was nothing like what I had eaten before. This is far better than any restaurant offering healthy salads. And the BOWL was huge and deep like a volcano! It was worth money spent!!! Can't wait to try CAVA again soon!!!! read more

Service extremely slow. Line almost to door. Very understaffed. All tables dirty. First time here. Food was OK. Tiny little scoops of hummus. Lunch for 2 was $30. Probably won't be back. read more

Terrible time on wait time for online orders. this is the second time for me at this same location. Bell was so helpful and kind while i was at cava. my bowl was amazing and i will be back soon!

Horrible service. Thought we'd try the place tonight. Placed an order online for a pick up at 7 PM. At 8 PM we were still waiting for our food, and not a single employee would give us an answer on what was going on. For the most part we were just ignored. Unbelievably bad service. We will not go back a second time. read more

Slow service! Waited in line for half an hour! Only one person working the entire store! Crazy!

Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Food is mid and the management is horrendous. Can't keep staff. Corporate needs to go in an clean house with management if they want to save this location. read more
