Finally I found Steve! I brought my 120 pounds of tax returns and business files to Steve's Shredding. Steve helped me bring them in from my car. I watched and chatted with Steve as he shredded them. In about 20 minutes it was all done, his price was very reasonable, and I wished I had more to shred so I could talk with him longer. I live an hour drive from Steve's place, so I scheduled another appointment in Portland the same day to make the trip worth it. No need for that, Steve is worth a special trip any time. Surprise Bonus: There's a dog training and boarding company in the same building. I got to meet that business owner and pet a couple of doggies. What a great day!

My computer was making a bad noise after I tried blowing it out…read more I have had experience with Geek Squad before, and it had been the most horrible, excruciating experience with a store/service. They were rude, lazy and you had to go through a 30-minute conversation with someone before you can even schedule. Needless to say, we dumped them. Then I blew out my computer. I waited and waited to find someone to help me with my computer. I was so scared I was going to have to deal with another horrible experience. Then, I found Eastwind Computers and I just love the store. It has everything for computers; especially, build your own. The gentlemen we dealt with were very nice and friendly. They fixed my computer the next day, called me to tell me my computer was fixed, and for a very minimal fee. I found my new computer place. :)
