I booked a facial online and you must enter your credit card to confirm. I had trouble with my card, so I called the spa directly. They indicated they confirmed my appointment and I was on their schedule. I traveled quite a way for this appointment only to be told that they booked someone else in my slot. At first, they told me I never confirmed. When I let them know that I had called, she said she remembered me calling and that there was an "error". Um, OK, but the slot was open when I booked so tell the other person that you made an error. I was told this would not be possible. With a totally bored look on her face she told me I could come back in 2 hours, which was not possible for me . With customer service like this, I will never be back. read more
