At our initial meet and greet, she not only brought over business cards for an emergency and local vet, but took care to ask detailed questions because she wanted to cater specifically to our cat's personality and eating/playing preferences. She is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. While we were away, Emily sent us multiple pictures/videos and left a detailed message on each visit. She brought a bag of toys to see which one Momo preferred and clued us in on the one he liked! She made an effort to clarify our instructions based on her observations when she visited, which I am so glad she did. There is a big yard and the dogs (usually between 2 and 5) have free access to indoor and outdoor space. We look forward to every day Dahlia spends at daycare. She comes home happy and tired!
