Wow, I'm really surprised about the other review on here. We have used Jen and Donna at Heads and…read moreTails as our pet sitter for our cat for the past two years and have found them to be fairly priced and extremely trustworthy and reliable. One of the best things is that they offer free consultations for new customers where they come over to your house and meet you and your pet. Most companies charge for this initial visit. The pricing was not at all inconsistent and was very fair based on some comparisons I did before hiring them. $13 for weekdays, $18 for weekends, and $25 for holidays. Additionally, they didn't change who was coming to our house each time. It was always Jen and she did a fantastic job. Milo definitely got to know her and felt comfortable with her. The first time we left him he somehow locked himself in our room and pooped on our bed. Jen called us right away and even tried to clean it up as best she could. Ever since they've been consistently available to us, even at short notice and after every round of visits Jen would leave us a note telling us how Milo behaved. Donna works the business end of things and was always very quick to respond by email. They are flexible with the payment too. You can pay by credit card online or they can invoice you afterwards and you can send them a check. Now we're moving to the North Shore and I'm totally going to miss Heads and Tails! They've been great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Can't say enough good things about the Pooped Pooch! We came to them right after I adopted my dog,…read moreTubbs, and he was a nervous mess with no training and a million other problems. Daycare was not his favorite thing but I kept having him attend, once a week to build his socialization and have an outlet without me. After going to daycare once a week for months, he finally had a switch flip and absolutely LOVES daycare. He knows on Tuesday mornings he has to get ready early and spends the entire drive there with his tail wagging excitedly. This once very anxious and unsure pup now looks forward to playing and "going to school". He is always worn out and sleeps for like 2 days straight after attending. Tubbs also has a lot of allergies and needs special attention to those medical things. They make sure he never comes even near any of his allergies and i fully trust he is getting great care. Whenever we do an overnight stay, they make sure he takes all his meds, update me on his visit and has lots of fun playing. We love the pooped pooch and are totally of the belief that everyone should be going to doggy daycare - especially them if you live in the dorchester area!!

The team at Boston Fetch is respectful, responsive, supportive, kind, trustworthy, and fair. Most importantly, they've treated our dogs like they are their own. They send a report after every walk with a map of the walk, a short comment about how it went, indicators of the dog's actions (pee, poop, water), and the BEST photos of the dogs - who always look so happy. While they most often walked around the neighborhood, James would sometimes go the extra mile and take the pups to Franklin Park for an extra special adventure. We trust Boston Fetch so much that we had James as our sitter for our 2 week honeymoon - during which we were often without service or otherwise not able to answer. We came back to two very happy and well-cared for pups! If you're looking for a dog walker in the JP area, stop looking and call Boston Fetch. You won't regret it!
