I had a very positive experience with Francy. I had the flu and couldn't go to the open house, so my husband went in my stead and face timed the entire experience. Thanks Francy for being so accommodating. I knew who the next love of my life was as soon as I saw her face. She's a blue point ragdoll named Miss Kensington, "Kensie" for short. I was able to observe the surroundings during the process and couldn't believe how immaculate the place was. The kittens are very well cared for and it was obvious that Francy loves every one of them. My husband said she was a very special person and very kind. She gave us a lot of useful material along with Kensie's papers as well. Kensie has brought so much joy into our home and she couldn't have come into our lives at a better time. Do not buy a cat from this lady!! She is an extremely sweet lady but she is running a kitten mill. She sold me a "male" kitten that my vet soon discovered was a FEMALE! I told the breeder for the beginning that something was wrong with the cat. It took 3 chest X-rays & an ultrasound to finally realize she has congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Which means she has a hole in her diaphragm and her liver is in her lung space pushing on her heart. Unfortunately this took a lot of time & money to diagnose. Now she is telling me my only option is to return the cat to her. I've already spoken to my vet & the vet at the animal hospital This kitten is VERY sick & needs a major surgery with ICU stay. I don't know how this lady can go to bed at night knowing she can not afford this for her. I recently bought a persian kitten from Mrs. Francy and was guaranteed that the health of my kitten had been checked out thoroughly before she sold him to me. I have just put my kitten in our local pet hospital for surgery today due to some serious health problems that my vet discovered. When I tried to contact Mrs. Francy about the issue to find out what vet she uses and if she knew about this at the time of purchase she ignored my message and turned around and changed her e-mail address. I also found another review online where a lady bought a kitten from her and the kitten died due to a disease that is transmitted through the litter box and later Mrs. Francy changed her business name after being contacted. I know for a fact that she allows her kittens to use the same litter box because I saw it myself. Its hard to find a persian breeder in Louisiana, however I know there are breeders in Florida for persians and the little bit of extra money would be worth it in my opinion so that you have satisfaction of knowing that your kitty is healthy. read more
