However, carpel tunnel has caused me to look elsewhere for their grooming needs. Luckily, a friend recommended Erin to me. Erin does a fantastic job and, since the poodles are groomed at home, they are not stressed out being caged up all day at a noisy, busy grooming shop. I said as long if its before noon. To just text me. No text so I went to pick my dog up at 12:15pm. They hadn't even started cutting his hair. He was hacked up pretty good. Total rush job after I waited 20 minutes for the dog. I realize he was matted and need to be shaved which was fine. The cut was uneven and spotty at best. I paid the full amount charged and didn't complain but I was very disappoined with the outcome. I will not return to Spoiled in the future.

My kitty once developed a goopy pink discharge in her eye due to being bapped by my other cat. I called and they fit me in that night at 830pm. The veterinarian was very gentle with my baby and did a very thorough checkup. Turns out my kitty was quickly forming an ulcer which we caught very early. We were able to heal it within a week! Turns out the place is open 24/7 so they're the best for emergencies. I also highly recommend this vet for their dental work. My kitty had to have a few teeth extracted and the vet took before, during, and after pictures that were texted to me for reassurance. They did an amazing job on the stitching and she had no post surgical issues. Overall this is hands down the best vet in Lafayette.

I communicated to the techs that she is very skittish and has came from an abusive home. They either disregarded this remark or didn't have the necessary experience to understand the situation and handled her just as any dog. Due to this she did react negatively and bit a tech. They then came back and told me I was lucky that it didn't cause any bleeding otherwise they would've quarantined her at the pound. I am not sure how more clear I could be saying this dog came from an abused home and is skittish. She has never bitten anyone as long as I've had her but how my communication was disregarded and how she was handled escalated the situation unnecessarily which almost resulted the to quarantining my dog.

Wow. This place was an absolute disaster today. Every other aisle seemed to be blocked with pallets…read morefull of inventory, but what ultimately made me leave was the employee stocking the shelves. This guy came barreling down an aisle with his cart and nearly clipped me. I had to press myself against the shelving to get out of his way. He showed absolutely no regard for my presence--no "excuse me," no acknowledgment, nothing. He was also making an incredible amount of noise, banging things around and hurling empty boxes toward the front of the store. When he aggressively pushed his cart through the stockroom doors with a loud crash, I decided it was time to leave. He was clearly pissed about something, and his behavior made me extremely uncomfortable. Maybe he was frustrated because there appeared to be no one else working there today but I certainly didn't want to encounter him again at the register, so I left without buying anything.
