Amazing service! I have used other Camp Bow Wow locations but have never been "WOWED" like this one! Staff are so friendly. Staff actually interact with the pups in their care. Camper cams work! I got the ball pit activity during my stay and the pics and videos I received were amazing! I absolutely was thrilled with my fur babies stay. Oh -and they gave my fur baby a bath and he was ready for me to pick up right on time. We will be back. read more

My dogs have come to Camp Bow Wow for years and they love every location they have been to. I love it too. Great team and great owner!!!

I've been bringing my two dogs to Camp Bow Wow for daycare for about six months now. Both of the dogs love it there and they leap out of the car to go inside. I've also boarded my dogs here a few times and they get awesome treatment. They have the option of upgrading to a deluxe room that has a camera and you can watch your dog. Everyone who works there really cares about dogs and knows your dog's unique personality. Great place! read more

I brought Otis a few weeks ago for his camper interview and trial day for any future drop offs or boarding. Kevin and I are going out the country next month and we needed to figure out what we were going to do with Otis. Immediately upon walking in all you smell is dog urine. I should've known this place was horrible when Otis refused to go back with the employees. I picked him up in the evening and the employee stated he stayed mostly to himself but had a great day. I paid $22 for them to give him a bath before pickup. Once I get home we realize he has a pretty deep bite mark on his stomach. It wasn't a scratch or a small nick. He wouldn't let us touch that area. I called and spoke to the manager. She said there were no incidents that day but she would review the camera footage and call me back. I receive a text instead. Apparently there were no scuffles but he was rowdy and rough with other dogs. So how did it go from he stayed to himself and had a great day and now I'm being told he was rough playing? If they were actually being watched, there's no way the employees wouldn't have seen or heard the scuffle. He's a 60 lb dog and I know for sure he didn't stay silent while this happened. I'm not sure if he was actually given a bath or not, but there's no way the employees wouldn't have seen the bite mark while bathing him as he's missing fur in that area. There's no way this was just an unnoticed scuffle. Weeks later his puncture wound is still not healed all the way. The wonder is full of excuses. read more

My puppy, and I needed to evacuate from New Orleans after hurricane Ida, after being up all night through the storm, then driving hours and hours to get to a decent town, I needed to find a place to put up my dog while I sorted through the mess. I was obviously very fraught and had a difficult time being separated from my dog, when so much was uncertain. The owner (assuming) could not have been a better person or a bigger blessing. Buddy (the dog) was, of course muddy, she offered to clean him up and board him for a night at an incredible discount. I'm not someone to show emotion, but was on the verge of losing it in the lobby. I was able to watch buddy on the cams, and could tell he was having a great time, and his worry was gone. I picked him up with a cleared head, and a happy, exhausted, clean dog. These people kick butt and I can't express how much they meant to me during this time. read more

WOW! What an amazing staff Kat and Suzanne went out of there way to take care of our two little babies-- Axl & Beaux for their first camper experience! They gave us a parent packet at the end of the day with pictures of them and how their first day went. The boys were completely wiped out at the end of the day (which is a GREAT thing considering we have 2 of the most active little maltese/maltipoo from Texas)! read more

I board two of my dogs there when I go out of town and recently I had to put one of them down due to worsening health issues. It's been really hard on me and last time I went to board my one dog, they asked about Sailor Boy and I told them that he's no longer with us. They printed a picture of him, had the entire staff sign it and leave a message, framed it and sent it to me. It was the sweetest thing ever and proves how much they go above and beyond to care of their clients, four legged as well as two legged. Thank you so much, Camp Bow Wow! I love you, Phoebe loves you and sailor Boy loved you so much! read more

DO NOT bring your dog here. I tried out an interview day with my 5 month old puppy. The interview was supposed to consist of him being slowly introduced to more and more dogs. Instead he was put in a kennel with multiple other dogs all at once. While on the camera i watched dogs mount him and snap at him aggressively numerous times while the "counselor" was barely seen and left very often. There was very little supervision of the "play area" if you can call it that. Try a concrete kennel with one ladder in the middle of it. Also I was given the camera name to watch the play area, however, after about an hour the dogs in my puppy's section were moved to a different area with different cameras. I had to go through each camera to find where he was. Why would you give me his camera name only to change it an hour later?? It's advertised you can watch the dogs all day but one camera's view was obstructed by a watering hose offering little viewing of the dogs (seemingly on purpose). If all of this sounds fine to you and you'd like to gamble sending your dog here be my guest. But after about 4 hours of play my dog was removed from the "play area" with dogs his size and put in a separate room by himself. No dogs and no counselors present the entire time. I had to watch him lie on the floor bored and definitely not enriched from his stay at camp bow wow. We will NEVER be back. P.S. multiple sources tell me camp bow wow gives dogs kennel cough. read more

I brought my pup to Camp Bow Wow for grooming. He went in as a hot mess and came out as a cutie pie! Alexis did an awesome job! She contacted me when she had a question and to make sure his groom met with my approval, she sent me pictures of him when he was done. I will definitely bring him back and I highly recommend them. read more

I loved checking in on my dog using the camper cams. Such a nice feature! I could tell he was happy and well looked after. The staff are clearly dog people and very friendly. The place is cute and clean, we'll be definitely be back. read more

I almost cannot put into words how much we enjoyed being able to see our dogs while on vacation. It was a blessing to be able to see our dogs almost anytime of the day. One time I could not see my two dogs so I called Camp Bow Wow and asked if there was any problems and they said no the dogs sometimes are not on the video. So they offered to go in the back and walk around so that I could see my two dogs on video. They were out of range and the camera could not catch them. It was the best vacation to date because I didn't worry about my dogs sitting in kennels for 15 hours a day. We will definitely use Camp Bow Wow for every vacation in our future. Thanks!! Brought my dog Bernadette to Camp Bow Wow last week and she loved it! We recently moved to Louisiana so she had been going through a lot of changes and the staff went out of their way to make her feel right at home. We will definitely be going back read more

Dropped in unannounced one day with Sunny Girl to fill out the paperwork and find out what I needed to do to be able to board Sunny Girl here. The place was very clean, and the staff on duty was very friendly. They have cameras in the play areas and there is always a staff member in the play areas. I will always have them give Sunny Girl a bath when I drop her off for the day, and it is nice picking her up all clean and plum wore out from running around all day. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for anyone who is looking for somewhere to take their dogs that will treat them great at a fair price. read more

I dropped-off my dog, Nina, one day for her to stay less than half of the afternoon. She was shaking uncontrollably when I picked her up because she was attacked by another dog so she had deep scratches all over her face, neck and one ear bitten. They never took her to a vet or called me after she was attacked, but instead waited for me to pick her up later on so I can take her to her vet myself. To make matters worse, the lady took her time tinkering with the copier before bringing Nina to me. I waited for a long time at the reception area. She is the sweetest dog ever! But now she's so traumatized that she hides under our chair or table. I was very disappointed! read more

Unusual location down seemingly residential street, but good facility. Good interaction and dog's had a good time for day care. Been to many camp bow wows for day care and boarding. Thanks. read more

Great place for your puppy to play and board if you have an active social dog/puppy. My pup was a handful and she really enjoyed spending time running around acting nuts. The people at Camp Bow Wow are the best. My dog has since been given back to the adoption agency because she was just too much for me to handle. I appreciate having had Camp Bow Wow for a place for her to play. read more

I don't trust my pets with many people but I trust the people at camp bow wow. They make sure my dogs rest after eating which I'm very paranoid about since I have large dogs. Prices are comparable to other boarding facilities but here they get to play all day and I can watch them in camera from my iphone! Great staff ! And my dogs love this place. read more

Clean facility with friendly smiling faces! My babies are always excited to go to "school"!

I am a new pet parent and was not prepared to have them boarded out of town. It was a last minute thing. The staff was very helpful therefore we were able to get the necessary paper work. I love that the dogs are not locked up all day and that there is someone with them all day. Being able to check in on them at any time with the app is also very nice! read more

It was a last minute decision to use a doggy day care and we were on a time crunch. I am so glad we ended up at Camp Bow Wow! It was so easy and quick to get our pup, Arlo, registered and ready to play. Everyone working that day was so nice and helpful. They showed us how to use the app to watch Arlo playing throughout the day which was so awesome. We ended up using the boarding service that night as well. We called the next morning to let them know we would be picking up Arlo around 11 am and they offered to bathe him before pick up, we said yes immediately! This is a great convenient spot and my dog was completely worn smack out when we picked him up. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to any of my friends and family. This is a great place with real dog lover employees. read more

I had conflicting feelings about one of my pets visits, and was contacted personally by the owner who gave me the privilege of having her personal cell number, to help in reassuring me that each visit would be the best visit possible. I was comforted with knowing that my baby would always be treated as well or better than expected. I was also pleasantly surprised to know that my dog will be loved and cared for as if it were the owner or any of the employees personal pet. Thank you Camp Bow WOW for loving my baby as much as I do. read more

Absolutely love the staff. They are dedicated to a safe environment for my best friend, Stark, they are always aware of what he's getting into, and even made it a point to monitor him specifically throughout his visit on request. The play yards are always clean and well maintained. They always go above and beyond when a request is made and they always cater to my needs without a question. Camp Bow Wow Lafayette is by far the best daycare and boarding facility, for my best friend, that Lafayette has to offer. Keep up the incredible work and I will continue to be bringing my buddy back for more! read more

The staff is always very attentive and I can tell they are animal lovers. The facility is clean, safe and well designed to give my doggies a safe, fun experience. I have one senior Lab and one 3 year-old terrier and they BOTH get what they need at CBW. Rocky (the senior) hangs out with other calm, senior dogs and Lucy gets to run and play with the smaller, active bunch. They're both excited when we get there and sleep really well after a day of play! read more

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by your friendly staff and I loved the Welcome Board with Patch's name on it. The webcams allowed me to watch him interact with the other dogs and also assured me that there was more than adequate human supervision throughout the day. The kicker though was when we returned for his second visit and he was scratching on the door to get in! His testimony speaks louder than mine. read more

I love it and my pup certainly gets excited when we approach the doors. She gets exercise instead of being cooped up in the house and I have the reassurance that she's in caring capable hands. WIN/WIN! read more

I can't say enough how impressed I was with the care of my dog Chloe. First, the staff was very attentive to all the dogs. I was able to look on the camera from time to time at how well my dog was interacting with the other dogs and the staff. The set-up is perfect keeping them with dogs their own size. Finally, the facility was clean and the staff makes sure that if a dog has an accident, it is wiped right away. Would recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone who truly cares for their dog like it were a child. read more
